With this week’s announcement of the establishment of a “Disinformation Board” at the Department of Homeland Security, there is no question in my mind that the Biden Administration is a criminal enterprise.

Where in the Constitution or any subsequent laws assigns the Federal government the authority to determine what is disinformation, or regulate information in any fashion? In actuality, there is a very direct and explicit prohibition of the Federal government regulating speech. It’s called the First Amendment.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Fairly unambiguous, yes? “Abridging the freedom of speech”. Not this kind of speech, or that kind of speech. Just speech- no exceptions or qualifiers.

Biden and his staff have absolutely no basis in law for the regulation of anyone’s speech in this country, and this attempt is yet another egregious example of the Administration choosing to run roughshod over the laws of the United States and the Constitution. The mere attempt to stand up this committee is designed to maintain and increase political power- nothing more. Is it a coincidence that this announcement came right on the heels of the sale of Twitter to Elon Musk, who says he plans to restore free speech to the platform? It seems the political rationale here is to assign DHS the role formerly self-assumed by Twitter.

The appointment of Nina Jankowicz as the head of this board is another loud signal that this is nothing more than an attempt to impose censorship. I encourage you to research the vacuous “career” of this 33-year old proponent of silencing all viewpoints opposed to the Progressive Left. She was among the first to declare that Hunter Biden’s laptop scandal was a disinformation campaign in 2020. We all now know that scandal to be very, very true.

Speaking of Hunter’s laptop, now that it’s acknowledged as a true thing, why aren’t we seeing Biden being seriously taken to task by the Fourth Estate? Putting the disgusting content of Hunter Biden’s personal life to one side, there is more than enough documentation indicating that pay-to-play was the name of the game when Joe was VP, and the Biden Crime Family continues operations today while he’s president. I wonder how this would have played during the Trump, or any of the Bush presidencies?

The establishment of the DHS Ministry of Truth is but the latest illegal act by Biden and his Administration. Many watch in disbelief as our immigration laws are openly flouted on the southern border, allowing untold numbers of illegal aliens to enter America. Indeed, it’s been documented that this criminal enterprise transports illegal aliens across the country via air and ground in the dark of night, releasing them in cities far away from their port of entry..

We’ve been listening to Biden since he took office about the terrible plight of those who can’t pay their student loans, and how something must be done. Payment on these loans has been suspended multiple times, and there are indications that Biden may somehow forgive these loans via executive order. Where does a president get the authority to do this? I certainly can’t find any precedent or law supporting this- more pandering for political power is all I can see.

Instead of trying to support and protect the “81 million” voters that propelled him into the White House, Biden has allowed our economy to crater. Rampant inflation, negative GDP and reliance upon foreign energy are of no concern to the Progressive Left administration. Maintenance and expansion of the leftist agenda is all that matters.

I can only hope the Republicans take real actions after what is shaping up to be a historic repudiation of the Democrats and Progressive Left this November. If the actions of Biden and his minions over the last year don’t rise to the level of “high crimes and misdemeanors”, nothing does.

NBC has broken the fourth wall and almost reported a truth – probably to get ahead of the lie. Pfizer’s Paxlovid reduces symptoms, but you never get rid of the virus. People taking it are just finding out.

Get Treated with Paxlovid – Keep Getting COVID! (Put it on a bumper sticker.)

Pfizer’s antiviral pills are highly effective at keeping people with Covid out of the hospital, but there are growing reports that, in rare cases, patients treated for the coronavirus with Paxlovid can experience a second round of the disease shortly after recovering.

But this isn’t news to our readers, right, Ted?

It turns out that Paxlovid reduces symptoms, and maybe reduces viral load at day 5, but at the same time it does not clear the virus! Not only that, but the patients cannot clear it for extended periods AFTER Paxlovid administration is over.

If you got the vaccinezzzzzz, the odds are good that you are more susceptible to flu, and COVID specifically. Their cure for that is Paxlovid, which – like the vaccine – is credited with reducing symptoms, but that’s all it appears to do. At $895.00, a pill that’s a lot of money for an emergency use drug that does very little. You can “clear” mild flu symptoms with OTC meds, vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Zinc for a few bucks.

Even if you got Jabbed, those would likely do you better.

And Ivermectin is a lot better for most folks when begun early and dirt cheap by comparison. It also has antiviral properties and millions of safe, effective doses under its belt.

And Paxlovid? It’s from the same people who lied about the COVID19 vaccines.

With mostly just anecdotal reports coming out, questions remain as to whether people whose Covid symptoms return shortly after they take Paxlovid are contagious and should keep isolating to avoid passing the virus to others.

For those who do experience a second round of symptoms, the sudden shift can also leave them anxious about whether they should seek further treatment.

Given the trajectory of Pfizer Emergency Use treatments for COVID to date, the efficacy will continue to decline while we get garbage like this from people who know better.

“There’s still so much we don’t know about Covid-19 and the best way to treat it,” said Dr. H. Clifford Lane, deputy director for clinical research and special projects at the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases. “These anecdotes give us reason to re-examine duration of therapy, approaches to therapy, other laboratory tests we might use to predict who could benefit from longer courses of treatment.”

I’ve read dozens of studies by people who know how to treat it, yet you still don’t know?

Here’s a prediction. Many more people will get fooled into taking another expensive emergency use authorized Pfizer COVID treatment. The results will be contrary to the marketing and media air-cover. And more people will eventually die unnecessarily.

Once young, healthy people, who had nothing to fear from COVID, who don’t die, will become chronically flu-impaired until they reach an age where it kills them. This is just an opinion based on what we’ve seen over the past two years.

And that’s the pandemic.

It is a man-caused disaster whose cure is to change the government and the public health sector’s accumulation of patents and their cozy relationship with drug makers and the elected officials and political class that rules or enables them.

A tall order, but we have to keep trying because the alternatives are all unpleasant.

Sometime before the Mid-Term elections, and probably before June of this year, Jen ‘Circle Back’ Psaki won’t be circling back anymore. She’s moving on and not looking back. But her new job is the same but at MSNBC.

Instead of fielding softballs from the White House steno-pool (with a few rare exceptions), she’ll be carrying the party water at MSNBC.

White House Press Secretary Jenn Psaki will be leaving her position “in the weeks ahead” as will “several other members of the White House press team” sources told Reuters. Psaki will be joining MSNBC. Fox News reports that it’s “fairly standard” for top White House officials to warn staff long before midterm presidential elections that they should either depart their jobs in plenty of time prior to, or stay on through the election.

There’s a storm coming. We need to see the horses loose and let them run or they’ll be swept up, tossed, and broken.

I know, rats fleeing the ship is a better metaphor. And flee they have. Democrats in Congress are also moving on, which makes folks like Sandy Cortez giddy. It’s her dream to replace moderate Democrats with actual Marxists, moderate meaning the difference between almost authoritarians and the real thing – and look, Mao, no Primary!

How well those sorts of candidates might do depends on the district, and the math does not favor any Democrat, which is why the seat-warmers and pulling up stakes for a safe job as a lobbyist. The pay is better, and you don’t have to pretend to listen to voters.

As for West-Wing departures, now loading at Gate 5, the ritual cleansing is actually common. Trump was constantly cleaning House, though his circumstances were different. His ship was full of rats, and he was working out who he could trust and who had to go. A process that continued right up to the very end when Mike Pence raised his hand and showed to whom he was beholden.

The same people to whom Biden and Democrats answer. The Swamp!

So, in Biden’s White House, it’s more like changing your undies, except the “new” pair gets picked up off the floor with the rest of the dirty laundry.

And we’re supposed to pretend – to quote DNC Chair Jamie Harrison – that these transitions are “helping us continue to build on our successes and deliver our message as we head into the midterm elections.” 

Yes, because if there’s one thing you can count on when you have a “successful” Leftist in power, it’s defections.

Our piece isn’t about Disney. But I will use Disney as an example. It’s about what I’ll refer to as Conservative Inc., and I don’t mean the Ben Shapiro, Charlie Kirk version of conservatism.

I’m using the term to refer to the big government, establishment Republicans. The guys that call themselves the Bulwark. The Never Trumpers who assure us they are the conscience of conservatism. The folks who called the Tea Party “wacko birds” and consider MAGA supporters to be a bunch of unhinged hooligans.

When I use the term Conservative Inc., I mean the guys who go on cruises. The ones who pat themselves on the back for talking down to “republicans” who expect more than tax cuts from conservatives.

In short, it’s the people that have made a business out of calling themselves conservatives while at the same time enabling leftists to run roughshod over our country.

First, way back in 1967, Florida established the Reedy Creek Improvement District for the Disney Corporation for some background information. It exempted Disney from a great deal of state and local government oversight and taxation. It was a crony capitalist deal, if there ever was one.

Now fast forward to 2022. The Disney Corporation has decided to fight against Florida’s juvenile anti-sexual grooming bill. The company even piled on by announcing that it would be adding LGBTQ themes to its children’s programming.

Florida took the fight to the next level. It passed the anti-grooming law and then gut-punched Disney by revoking the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

And now, Conservative Inc. Republicans are having an attack of the vapors. Charles C.W. Cooke of National Review wrote:

This escalation represents an ugly and ill-conceived mistake, a blemish on DeSantis’s otherwise mostly excellent gubernatorial record.

Brad Palumbo of National Review and Hannah Cox of the Foundation for Economic Education wrote:

Ayn Rand once said, “The difference between a welfare state and a totalitarian state is a matter of time.”

The implication is that Florida is becoming a totalitarian state for going all “shock and awe” on Disney.

The consensus among Conservative Inc. seems to be that Florida got its anti-grooming bill passed. It should go back to business as usual. Let bygones be bygones. Don’t let this little spat get in the way of business. No spiking the ball; walk across the field, shake hands with the losing team, and commend them for a good game. What complete crap.

Clearly, Conservative Inc. doesn’t understand what crony capitalism is. According to the Oxford Languages dictionary, crony capitalism is

an economic system characterized by close, mutually advantageous relationships between business leaders and government officials.

Disney forgot the “mutually advantageous” part of the arrangement. It broke the deal when it went to war with its “close relationship” partner. Disney Corporation breached the deal, so Florida canceled it altogether – as it should.

Anyone who has read Atlas Shrugged knows that Rand believed crony capitalism would end our society as we know it. But the book is over a thousand pages long, written at a twelfth-grade level. Maybe Brad and Hannah haven’t read it.

But my response to Charles, Brad, and Hannah is a bit different than Ayn Rand’s response would likely be. My reaction is: Are you freaking kidding me? A company with unique access to children advocates the sexual grooming of 5-year-olds! And these morally bankrupt fools are disturbed by Ron DeSantis’ actions?

What Disney is doing is an outright attack on our children. I would advocate it being closed down and shuttered by any legal means available.

Bastions of the Bulwark, like Bill Kristol, are totally fine with judging Trump guilty of inciting insurrection for asking people to protest the election peacefully. By that rationale, Disney is guilty of inciting child abuse. And yet the advice from Conservative Inc. is to leave Disney alone. Don’t let a little thing like sexualizing children get in the way of business – oh, and sign up for one of their cruises so they can lecture us about what real conservatism is.

That pretty much sums up why the old guard of the Republican party is dying, and MAGA is ascendant. They’re willing to choose business over morality. In their eyes, the souls of our children and countrymen are secondary to that pursuit. They are morally bankrupt.

Real Conservatives want more. We want our liberties protected. We want our values defended. And we want our leaders held accountable, whether political, governmental, business, religious, or social.

When there is any kind of research done on children, ethical guidelines require the researchers to obtain informed consent from the parent or guardian.

In NH, researchers have obtained informed consent from parents when school administrators gather sensitive data on children in public schools.

Informed Consent

Obtaining consent from parents/carers and children is central to the research relationship and signals respect for the research participant’s dignity, their capability to express their views and their right to have these heard in matters that affect them. Informed consent is an explicit agreement which requires participants to be informed about, and have an understanding of, the research. This must be given voluntarily and be renegotiable, so that children may withdraw at any stage of the research process.

Several years ago parental rights advocates lobbied to change New Hampshire law so that when vendors collected highly sensitive data on children via a non-academic survey, they needed informed consent from parents. This is what Federal Law requires in the PPRA Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment. 

At that time, the Department of Health and Human Services lobbied to EXEMPT the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) from that ethical requirement. That meant that the YRBS was OUT OF COMPLIANCE with basic ethical guidelines when conducting research on YOUR children.

This year Rep. Ralph Boehm filed legislation to remove the YRBS as being exempt from parental consent. (HB1639)

HB1639  passed the New Hampshire House and then was sent to the Senate Education Committee where they amended HB1639 to remove the important provision that would require informed consent from parents. In other words, they completely gutted this important legislation that protects the privacy RIGHTS of your children.

In addition to removing this important provision, they are also removing the reference to the CDC!!  This is outrageous. Why don’t they want you to know that the YRBS is a CDC survey? They want to SCRUB this information from the law.  Read their proposed amendment here. They strike out “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention” from the current law. Why don’t they want you to know that the YRBS is developed by the CDC?

The Senate Ed Committee listened to testimony but then changed the proposed legislation back to the original language that exempts the YRBS from requiring informed consent from parents.  They also propose removing any reference to the CDC in the law. What they have done is make the law worse for parents instead of better.  The CDC must be thrilled with this amendment, but parental rights advocates are NOT.

If the New Hampshire senate votes for this amendment, it will mean that the CDC – YRBS survey is still NOT IN COMPLIANCE with basic ethical guidelines when it is given to YOUR CHILDREN in public schools.

Those who object to informed consent by parents want to keep parents in the dark when these surveys are given to children. They explained at the hearing that if enough parents refuse this survey for their children, they might not receive grant funding. That means that they are prioritizing $$$ MONEY over your child’s privacy rights.

Your child cannot take a Tylenol or attend a field trip without consent from their parents or guardians. But if they ask children to hand over all kinds of sensitive and personal information on themselves and their families, they don’t want parents to consent.

They need to reject the Senate Amendment on HB1639 and Pass the House version that requires informed consent before your child takes a non-academic YRBS survey FROM THE CDC.

Did you know that there are questions about illegal drug activity on this survey ? Which means your child gives up their 5th amendment rights because they aren’t even away that they have 5th amendment rights?
Did you know that kids have learned how to use drugs by taking these surveys? Parents have reported that their kids learned to sniff glue to get high by taking these surveys?
Parents also reported that in Hollis, they never received notification that their children took this survey?
Did you know that there are tracking questions on the survey?|
Did you know that they can ask your child about guns in the home, their gender identity, drug usage, sexual behavior? And you may never know.

THIS CDC Survey does not require informed consent from parents. That’s WRONG.

Tell the New Hampshire Senators that your child should NOT be exploited !

Please give me one good reason: forty-plus million American students should have their education debt forgiven. For decades, bright-eyed students have matriculated from high school onto colleges and universities, thinking they were preparing themselves for a life of prosperity.

They went to community and state colleges with low tuitions and fees or Ivy League institutes with exorbitant annual tuitions and fees. That was their choice based on the investment they wanted to make in their future.

These young people took out Student Loans to fund their quest for a fulfilling future. They took the money and invested in themselves with dreams of a good life. Whichever path they took, either the $20K or $75K a year, these students signed on the bottom line that they would be responsible for their education debt.

Whether it was poor planning or counseling, many of these students achieved degrees in subjects that did not give them the opportunities and rewards they had envisioned. They were left with a sizable debt and insufficient income to pay it back. They felt deceived by the system and wanted relief. In reality, they wanted the debt to disappear.

Then came the Pandemic. Money is flowing out of Washington in the name of COVID Relief. What does that mean? Free rent, mortgage forgiveness, unlimited funds to replace lost wages, or simply money to bridge life from lock-down to normal. There was no limit to the money Washington would print to ease the pain of a Global Pandemic. The spoiled and entitled young generation seized the opportunity to put their hand out and say me too, please. Actually, they did not say please.

The students are getting support in their mission to have the taxpayers absorb their debt from politicians like Bernie Sanders, AOC, and Elizabeth Warren. These three represent the Socialist thinking, which believes that every student should receive a free college education. Sanders and Warren have been promoting state-funded college education for some time as part of their campaign. Free to the student but paid for by taxpayers.

This campaign platform has made them very popular with the young and helped secure their support and vote. AOC is just a symbol of a younger generation that feels that the government should pay for everything in life. She does not understand that the government does not have money. It has the people’s money. That is not her concern.

Along with no justification for forgiving this debt, there is the exorbitant cost of doing so. It is estimated that the cost to taxpayers would be $1.5 Trillion, or approximately $13,000 per taxpayer. Over 45% of these taxpayers never went to college, and of the others, they paid for their education and student loans. There was no free ride for these millions of people who are now told they should pay for someone else’s ride.

Joe Biden is contemplating this debt forgiveness be achieved by Executive Order. He knows it will never pass through Congress, and he made this promise during his campaign. Biden wants to free these students of their debt and pass it on to every other American with the simple stroke of his pen. He hopes to secure their vote. But he is also paving the way for a free college education for all in the future.

This effort by Biden and the Progressives is ethically not fair to Americans who have already funded their education. We can not afford this burden now or in the future. Biden plans to decide and act on it before the mid-terms. He sees this as a way to secure votes for all Democrats, but he must be stopped. Before the ink dries on his Executive Order, the Republicans have to have a Judge ready to shut it down.

NH House Bill 1022 would permit pharmacists to dispense the drug ivermectin by means of a standing order, making Ivermectin available to the public without a prescription. Last week, Tennessee passed a law similar to the one proposed in NH.

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee signed a bill on Apr. 22, 2022, allowing Ivermectin to be dispensed without a prescription. The new law states, “a pharmacist, in good faith, may provide Ivermectin to a patient who is eighteen (18) years of age or older pursuant to a valid collaborative pharmacy practice agreement containing a non-patient-specific prescriptive order and standardized procedures developed and executed by one (1) or more authorized prescribers.”

The New Hampshire bill has already passed the House, and a Senate Committee advanced it for a floor vote with a recommendation to pass the bill.

There are differences, but the result is the same. People who want Ivermectin can go and get it. And as with the Tennessee Bill, pharmacists are afforded protections except for obvious negligence.

“A pharmacist or prescriber involved in the provision of Ivermectin pursuant to this section is immune from civil liability in the absence of gross negligence or willful misconduct for actions authorized by this section.”

Most of the New Hampshire Bill outlines protections from liabilities for Doctors, Nurses, Nurse practitioners, and Pharmacists. HB1022 also allows a pharmacy to charge a fee for consultation but prohibits anyone in the food chain “from seeking personal financial benefit by participating in any incentive-based program or accepting any inducement that influences or encourages
therapeutic or product changes or the ordering of tests or services.”
