The Keene Schools and the Mess That’s Been Created

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 19:30 +0000

Last night the Keene school district facilitated a community forum. This was done because of the escalation of behavior problems within the school district that caused many teachers to resign.

Not only have teachers resigned over this situation, but families within the district also became concerned about the safety within the school based on what their children were reporting after teachers came forward.

Engaging in a community forum sounds like a good response. Let’s gather together, listen to the issues that are occurring within the school system so that administrators can go back, reflect upon them, and then present some solutions.  Unfortunately, that’s not exactly what happened.

Parents went into this community forum with the expectation that they would be able to express their views. They wanted to make sure that the administrators heard exactly what they were concerned about. Instead, the administrators started the meeting by telling the audience what they thought.

The information they presented was good information but sometimes they need to take a step back and listen. It may not be comfortable, it may not be pleasant, but parents want, and need to be heard.

Instead, the 150 attendees were told to gather in small groups with a facilitator. Does this sound familiar? If not, this is a group manipulation technique used to make an audience believe they are participating in substantive change, but the reality is, the outcome has been pre-determined. The Delphi Technique is used in education to get parents to chat amongst themselves, and then have one person from each group present some of what was discussed.

How do I know about all of this? It’s because I’ve been part of these group manipulation techniques a few times myself.

The Delphi Technique used in education is used to gain consensus while presenting the illusion of citizen participation.

This group manipulation technique was recently used in SAU16 when they invited New Hampshire Listens (community organizers) who use trained facilitators to manipulate the public at these meetings.

How the Delphi group manipulation technique is described and how it has worked using community organizers

For decades, this technique was used to  control the input of parents by limiting speaking times. The Delphi Technique, has been used in education to gain popular consensus of predetermined goals. By using this technique the public believes it has a voice in determining what changes will take place. But in reality, the goals have already been set.  Unknowing citizens’ committees are used by the process to generate acceptance of goals that were predetermined.

Before this meeting took place, I spoke with a resident who told me about the upcoming community forum. I told him to look out for this kind of group manipulation to take place.

School administrators spoke in the beginning and even presented the laws they must follow. They then presented a video by the teachers telling the viewers about the changes they had already come up with. No where in this presentation did they mention anything about the actual problems that created a culture that left teachers and students fearful of their safety. No one mentioned their own responsibility that caused several teachers to resign. It’s hard to get school administrators to admit their role in the failures, but that’s exactly what these parents should have heard.

In the video made by some teachers they talked about some changes that needed to happen surrounding the school culture:

Provide the students a sense of safety
Welcoming environment
Reduce number of students in the hallway
Adult presence in the hallway
Orange vests on w/walkie talkies
Hallway expectations
Hall passes

As I watched the video, I wondered why some of that was not already in place.  Why did it take teachers resigning to get some attention? Why did it take students staging a peaceful protest?  Why were the whistleblowers (students) punished?

During the presentation on the current behavior laws that were recently changed, no one mentioned anything about testifying before the legislators on how those changes would impact the local school. The presenter made it sound as if she was not in agreement with some of those changes, why didn’t Keene administrators testify on those proposed changes to the law?  The law took away long-term suspensions and included positive behavior interventions.

She made some good points, but why not make those points to legislators who are the ones changing state laws? It seems to me that if you see a potential problem with laws that impact your school culture, you might want to say something to the committee members who vote on these laws.

I spoke up here when I warned about the escalation in behavior problems that could come based on changes to the state laws:

School administrators need some flexibility when it comes to disciplining students in their school. A one-size-fits-all approach may not work on every student. The positive behavior approach has been criticized for rewarding kids who exhibit bad behavior while ignoring students who consistently use good behavior at school.

The school administrators pay a lobbyist in New Hampshire. What did their lobbyist say about changing the laws?

I wanted to applaud the Keene administrators for hosting a forum to give parents an opportunity to voice their grievances, or praise what was working in the district. But unfortunately, they fell into the same old routine of using the Delphi technique. It makes me wonder if these parents will see the changes they believe should happen.

What was really encouraging? The large number of parents who showed up and made it clear, they want to help to make things better.

Parents reported that:
Teachers are in harms way,
Bullying is happening,
Students feel that they can’t go to the bathroom,
They should reward good behavior,
Improve communication,
Consistency around consequences and behaviors,
Revisit the roll of technology and cell phones,
Kids are afraid in the school,
Grades are dropping because of the fear,
The emotional stress that came from the school shut-down and masks.
How can the parents help make it better?
Why did it take students walking out to get this forum?
No one seems to understand any of the consequences that could happen if there is a behavior problem.

The parents had some really good ideas that I hope district administrators will act upon without any retaliation against the students who were desperate to get their attention. But it’s really up to the parents and community members to track this every step of the way. What changes are going to come from this forum? It is up to you to hold these administrators accountable for what they do and fail to do.

One thing is for sure, these parents want action that supports teachers and students. They want a safe learning environment and expect action. How did it get this bad that students and teachers do not feel safe in their own school?

The parent who spoke about the accountability of administrators hit the nail on the head. There is a list of concerns that were brought up and no one has taken accountability for where the district is today. That is the biggest problem in public education. Can this be fixed? I don’t know. I do know that no one took accountability at this meeting, and this meeting was conducted in a way that manipulates the public.

At the end, the community was assured that this meeting wasn’t a checked box. I sure hope it wasn’t. I sure hope that those who have failed the teachers and students realize now that failing at their job is unacceptable.

New Research Suggests Evidence of Permanent Heart Damage to Some Adolescents Who Got COVID19 Vaxx

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 16:30 +0000

They didn’t need it. Not one drop of evidence after 18 months justified pharmaceutical intervention for anyone under 20 years of age. Heck, there was barely any evidence anyone under 60 needed to be vaccinated against COVID19. But they persisted vigorously, and we are reaping the results of those desires.

The injection that was known to be neither safe nor effective continues to be useless against COVID19 and every variant since its release.

But it has had an effect. With over 1290 known side effects before “approval” for emergency use, how could it not?

In today’s context, these include,

  1. Acute myocardial infarction
  2. Antimyocardial antibody positive
  3. Autoimmune myocarditis
  4. Immune-mediated myocarditis
  5. Lupus myocarditis
  6. Myocardial infarction
  7. Myocarditis
  8. Myocarditis post-infection
  9. Autoimmune pericarditis
  10. Pericarditis
  11. Pericarditis lupus

The Seattle Children’s Hospital has followed up on adolescent patients who experienced post-COVID vaccination myocarditis.

Researchers at Seattle Children’s Hospital reviewed cases of patients younger than 18 who went to the hospital with chest pain and elevated serum troponin levels, two key markers of heart inflammation, within a week of getting a second dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Related: Steve Kirsch: The Vaccine has Killed Twice as Many Kids as COVID

The patients respond well to treatment but show some evidence of permanent damage to the heart.

Dr. Anish Koka, a cardiologist who wasn’t involved with the study, said it suggests that 60 to 70 percent of teenagers who get myocarditis from a COVID-19 vaccine may be left with a scar in their heart.

“Certainly, children who had chest pain severe enough to merit seeking medical attention need to at least make sure they get a follow up MRI,” he told The Epoch Times in a message on Twitter, adding that the findings “should have clear implications for the discussion around vaccines, especially for high risk male teenagers … and definitely for vaccine mandates.”

And while this is alarming, what should be of more significant concern is that middle-aged men are not the only ones who avoid reporting early symptomatic signs of a heart ailment. In other words, there are likely many thousands, if not tens of thousands, of kids who will have suffered heart damage as a result of a vaccine they never needed.

Damage that will go undisclosed or undiscovered until it is, perhaps, too late. And myocarditis is just one side effect.

And some States bribed schools to convince parents and kids to get jabbed. Many a COVID Cultist tried to make it required, mandatory. State’s including New Hampshire accepted tens of millions to advertise and encourage vaccinating kids. Project Veritas released undercover video of experts saying kids don’t need it because of health risks.

We will undoubtedly be suffering the cost and consequence of this act of public health for decades to come.

If you missed them, here are all 1294 known side-effects documented by Pfizer, which both they and the FDA wanted to hide from the public for decades. That and the fact they knew it didn’t work and was dangerous.

Can We Still Consider Liberals as Human

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 15:00 +0000

I was sickened as I did my research when putting this article together. I could never imagine having to opine about states legalizing infanticide.

Just a couple of years ago, we were debating the Virginia law that allowed a fetus survivor of an abortion to be allowed to die. I remember thinking that we had found the lowest point where man could fall. But, alas, we have two liberal states that refused to be outdone. I am once again sickened.

Maryland ‘Pregnant Persons’ Bill Seeks to Decriminalize Infanticide

Maryland Senate Bill 669 and House Bill 626, dubbed the “Pregnant Person’s Freedom Act of 2022,” not only erase women by adopting the left’s gender-confused newspeak that ludicrously assumes men can get pregnant but, as the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) explained in its analysis of the legislation, “the bill also proposes a revision of the fetal murder/manslaughter statute that would serve to handcuff the investigation of infant deaths unrelated to abortion.”

Under the proposed legislation, a baby could be allowed to die up to 28 days after birth by any means, and the mother, the birthing person, cannot be held responsible for the death.

The following is an excerpt from the California bill:

(c) A critical part of realizing reproductive justice for people in California is clarifying that there shall be no civil and criminal penalties for people’s actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcomes

The Legislature finds and declares that every individual possesses a fundamental right of privacy with respect to personal reproductive decisions, which entails the right to make and effectuate decisions about all matters relating to pregnancy, including prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, contraception, sterilization, abortion care, miscarriage management, and infertility care.

123467. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty, or otherwise deprived of their rights, based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death.

One stark difference between California and Maryland is the length of time to consider the baby’s future. It is four weeks in Maryland and six weeks in California.

There is nothing else to say about proponents of these bills. They are sick and depraved individuals.

Just as evidence of the misplaced value of life, in California, you can get up to three years in prison for harming an animal but no charge 4for allowing an infant to die of neglect.

Penal Code 597 PC prohibits animal abuse, which is defined as maliciously killingharmingmaiming, or torturing a living animal. The offense can be charged as either a misdemeanor or a felony and carries a sentence of up to 3 years in jail or prison.

If you think these are just two exceptions to rationality, you would be wrong. Connecticut and Virginia have also been working on similar bills.

I apologize for writing about such a topic. We must know what these ill people are doing in our statehouses. We must stay involved and defeat these barbaric bills and ensure that the authors and supporters never see the inside of government again. These people need help, but I am not convinced they have a place in a civilized society.

Jussie Smollett – Will Smith Hit Me Too

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 13:30 +0000

The jury is still out on whether Will Smith’s slap of Chris Rock at the Oscars was staged, but there’s plenty of reason it could be. The Oscars have had less than no buzz of late, and almost no one watches or cares.

It’s a party for spoiled and disconnected elites pandering to the creative will of people whose output is of little interest. And that hasn’t changed, but Will Smith smacking Chris Rock has gotten a lot of attention but pales with context.

While presenting Best Documentary, Rock joked about Javier Bardem and Penélope Cruz before turning to Jada and saying, “‘G.I. Jane 2,’ can’t wait to see it.” The comment caused 50-year-old Pinkett Smith — who suffers from alopecia and has shaved her head — to roll her eyes.

Smith, 53, marched on stage and slapped a clearly shocked Rock. The audio in the United States was censored but clips from other countries confirmed that an irate Smith bellowed, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f–king mouth.”

Smith and his wife are in an open marriage. He can have sex with other women. She can have sex with other men. The left sells this as the evolution of marriage. But take a breath. Will is not concerned about what of Jada’s is in someone else’s mouth or vice-versa – if the arrangement is to be believed, but her name and a joke raises this degree of ire?

I’m not buying it.

Chris Rock is not pressing charges, making it even less likely this wasn’t more than theater. Staged. Will apologized. Chris Rock’s on tour, and ticket sales for Chris (he’s in Boston this week) are soaring. And yes, Jada has a condition that causes her to be basically bald, but she seems to be wearing it very well.

And people are talking about the Oscars.

It reeks of Smollett’s assault without the MAGA people.

As for Jussie Mollett, maybe he’s working out how to sell the idea that Will and Chris Rock poured gasoline on him and put a noose around his neck on the way home from “the Oscars” with a Subway sandwich at 2 am in freezing cold weather.

That’s more likely than him sleeping with Will’s wife. And then there’s the real issue. What are the Bidenistas and Congress sneaking through while people pay attention to the Oscars for five minutes?

Figuring out how to blame Putin for the tens of trillions in debt-ridden inflation they’ve perpetuated?

Male that 7 minutes, here are a few more memes.

Constitutional Carry Claims Almost Half of America Despite All That Money Bloomberg Spent

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 12:00 +0000

Constitutional Carry is also called “permitless carry.” It means that instead of having to go to Daddy Government and get licensed or permitted by some agency in your state, you can carry a concealed firearm legally all on your own AS LONG AS you are not an otherwise prohibited person.

That’s to say, you haven’t screwed up and violated any local, State, or Federal law that would keep you from owning a firearm.

Former NYC Mayor Bloomberg has spent tens (if not hundreds) of millions of dollars on buying lobbyists and Astroturf groups around the nation like Moms Demand Action and Everytown for Gun Safety – all for naught. If your State has Constitutional Carry, there’s little they can do now to keep you from “bearing arms.”

What has it earned him?  Twenty-Four States are now Constitutional Carry States – almost half as a few more states (this year) have joined the movement. Honoring the black and white letter of the Law of the Land, the Second Amendment, which does not have “common sense gun laws” included in its words.

Tuesday Morning “Monday Meme Amendment”

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 10:30 +0000

These things keep piling up in my image folder, and the only way to clean it out is to delete them – but not until I’ve shared them. Another week, another Monday meme amendment, supplement, add-on, a bonus?

And again, not trying to horn in on Nitzakhon’s epic weekly thing. He goes to great lengths to make sure there’s a ton of stuff to look at – I’m just a piker. But I save these to share them, and many will not find their way atop a post, so they need to go somewhere.

And they are not all memes. Some are clips of headlines, actual or parody, or just something that grabbed my attention. Things I come across while waiting or waiting. And I like to share, even on a Tuesday.

Gunstock Mountain Resort – Gac Meeting (3/23/22) – Public Comment Session – Why I Want the Budget

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 01:30 +0000

A bit of joviality during the meeting but I think it was more of an inside joke between Tom Day (GM and Prez of GMR) and I as the discussion during the Public Comment session was around whether or not the GMR Budget at the General Ledger line level was going to be released to me as a result of my RSA 91-A demand for it.  I previously had his answer of a flat “No” but I decided to appeal to the Gunstock Area Commissioners to overrule his decision.

However, during the meeting, he demanded why I wanted that information:

So what is your interest in this budget? What do you expect to find?

. So I quoted his own words:

As you told me, in one of your emails, that it was not up to me to tell you who was a valid Commissioner, I will tell you that it is above your pay grade of why I want that Budget.

Apologies for the swearing in the background after my statement. However, I think that while he was not expecting that answer, he took it with good humor (a little head shake, a small smile on his face). It was clear, however, that the guy in the grey fleece sitting at the table close to me thought it was a bit amusing (trying to hide his smile).  Commissioners Jade Wood and Gary Kiedaisch seemed to be rather nonplussed about it.

For context, here’s the actual email thread (abridged) is here. He had just emailed me that I would not be receiving the Budget and had also included Rusty McClear (who, at this meeting, was effectively removed from office) and my email response was only to show that I wasn’t including McLear:

Note: I have removed Rusty from this response as he is not a valid Commissioner – Belknap County Delegation Chair Mike Sylvia’s words of yore do NOT trump the black and white letter of State Statute (RSA 399:4). His email of today has sprung out into the wild and now contraindicates what you’ve been quoting for a while (along with Gary Kiedaisch) and is now aligned with State Statute.  Change my mind.

Well, Mr. Day didn’t like that much at all, that I had removed Mr. McLear from the email conversation:

Don’t really know what you are rambling on about.

But as I stated before I am not sharing my budgets.

Rusty is cc’d on this. Not up to you to tell me who is a valid commissioner.

He can do what he wants just like I had done what I wanted. But I wasn’t going to allow him to put words into my mouth that I had not said.

I told you to do nothing of the sort – merely advising you that the County Delegation made that decision.  You may take that anyway you want.

And for the record, if you haven’t watched the other videos, the Commissioners agreed to seek out legal counsel to determine the legitimacy of my RTK.

To be continued.

We Have Become the Joads in Biden’s World

Granite Grok - Tue, 2022-03-29 00:00 +0000

We were part of the Baby Boom generation and are now in our 70s and 80s.  We are strangers in a strange land, recalling Robert Heinlein’s book by the same name, which gets stranger by the day.

We believed in the American dream. We worked hard, paid our taxes and obeyed the law.

Most of us don’t recognize ‘Blue Collar’ Joe Biden’s election, nor his new order in America, a place which has befallen us like an ‘Outer Limits’ episode, or one from ‘The Twilight Zone’.

Patriotism has become passé and is frowned on.  Our military is led by men who practice social engineering and tend to be politically correct hacks rather than warriors in the mold of U.S. Grant, Patton or Schwarzkopf.  No one understands that tough guys like MacArthur saved lives.

We want to thank John Burtis for this Op-Ed. If you have an Op-Ed or LTE
you would like us to consider, please submit it to

Today’s armchair generals choose not to fight, but they’re superb at motivating soldiers and sailors to use preferred pronouns, in combating imaginary racism in the ranks, and blaming whites for all that ails us.

Giant tech corporations have replaced individual enterprise, which – in many cases – has been taxed and regulated out of existence by folks like Nancy Pelosi, who called the 2021 Small Business Relief package, “a stunt which would never pass the House.”

We cast our eyes in vain for a Ronald Reagan or a Teddy Roosevelt. Instead, we find imbeciles like Ms. Ocasio-Cortez (a poorly educated actress selling socialist snake oil), our own Sen. Maggie Hassan, who has yet to open the DC office due to Covid and a repeat of 1/6 fears, and our current president – a failing septuagenarian slipping into senility on international TV, to our chagrin and to the horselaughs of foreign commentators and dictators alike.

If we’re white, we’re told that we are responsible for every problem that plagues everyone. That’s right, we’re to blame for the shortcomings and retention problems in STEM programs to the cops who are totally at fault for the unfortunate deaths of thugs who try to kill them.

We’re told the savages who burn down cities don’t exist or, if they are admitted thus in the far left print and electronic media, are celebrated as warriors for social justice. But we poor misguided middle-class citizens, some of whom trespassed in the Capitol 14 months ago, are branded traitors and insurgents and now their federal representatives and US senators are to be barred from running this November under the post-Civil War’s Article 14, according to civil suits recently filed by Democrats.

If you’re white, you’re told to remember that, throughout the course of human history, racism has never existed anywhere but here.  According to the NY Times’ fictitious ‘1619 Project’ and other scurrilous hogwash, our US Constitution was designed to perpetuate slavery.

We’re also responsible for climate change, despite glaring facts that the Earth was far warmer during the days of our now lovable dinosaurs. And, if we stretch it a bit, the numerous Ice Ages on record show that it has also been far colder than today.  And a single volcanic eruption spews out more CO2 than mankind does over the years.

Today, we’re told that there are innumerable “sexual minorities” — that people who used to be considered odd are in fact oppressed and the victims of what is called the terror of ‘micro-aggressions’, which can be easily defined as stares, coughs, eye rolls, and crowding in line.  A man who thinks he’s a woman is in fact a woman – and is entitled to use the ladies’ room with our granddaughters and swim on the women’s swimming team. And if we refuse to accept this bizarre fantasy, we are hateful Neanderthals.  If Neanderthals were alive, the woke among them, too, would be aghast at our behavior.

Whining about paying confiscatory taxes marks us as kulaks.  Inflation is at an almost 40-year high, and Joe Biden tells us that the staggering amount of $6 trillion paid for ‘stuff’ just isn’t enough to lower prices and halt inflation – he needs more.  Meanwhile, we learn that 40% of the dollars in circulation have been printed under ‘Working Class’ Joe Biden, the friend of the common man.

Those of us lucky enough to remain working provide benefits for illegal aliens, addicts, those who abhor honest labor, and misguided folk who defecate on the streets and live in hobo camps, where third-world diseases now run rampant and where Democrat city governments fail to clean them and their mess up.

We witness with unalloyed horror the gigantic tsunami of illegal immigrants flowing across our southern border unimpeded.  We tend to view them as criminals, gang members, human traffickers, and leeches on society, while the Democrat Party sees them as unregistered voters from unrecognized states as far south as the Straits of Magellan.   Our preferred use of state-issued ID cards and driver’s licenses to vote are a gross impediment to the mainstreaming of this illicit flood.  We are refused the ability to defend our own borders, our Border Patrol has been eviscerated, and ‘Soylent’ Joe Biden is now calling for volunteers.

Joe Biden splutters about Putin’s war on Ukraine, but the ‘Big Guy’, as Hunter Biden terms his old man on his infamous laptop, imports 550,000 barrels of Russian oil a day and pays Vlad Putin $74 million for the same period.  In 2021, ‘Poor Old’ Joe imported 245 million barrels of oil from Putin.

Meanwhile, Dr. Jill’s husband lets pipelines rust and refuses to utilize our own oil, coal, and natural gas, which remain in the ground.  Biden recently pleaded with the Saudis to pump more for us and was roundly rebuffed by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman for these feeble back-channel efforts on our behalf.

Now, Uncle Joe is thinking about imports from the murderous Marxists of Venezuela and the dreadful Jihadis of Iran; both Russian allies and our enemies, oh, at least some half-hour ago.  But use our much cleaner resources?  Nah, not on your life.

So we, kulaks and serfs, drag ourselves into decrepitude, too stubborn to just give up and die, becoming more like the Joad’s, from John Steinbeck’s ‘The Grapes of Wrath,’ in Biden’s world, every day.

Biden Promised Europe “15 Billion Cubic Meters” of Natural Gas This Year … From Where FJB?

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 22:30 +0000

Biden’s war on the American economy started with his Day One Executive Orders hobbling the oil and gas industry. The plan was to make it so expensive that they’d have an easier time pushing non-green pricier energy solutions. Part of that plan is working.

Oil, gas, heating oil, Diesel, Propane, and Natural Gas (LNG) are rising in price alongside everything else. There’s not much in America that isn’t impacted by this, but we’ve also got inflation.

These experts are driving the bus off a cliff, expecting to jump out before it’s too late.

But there’s always time to make things worse.

They took F. Joe Biden to see Europe, and he got off his leash again. When that happens, he craps in someone less yard and leaves the mess for his handlers, but they’re idiots like him, absent his excuse.

Biden promised billions of cubic meters of natural gas to Europe. David Middleton at WUWT has a few key points in response.

Since most LNG shipments are part of long-term contracts, the facilities are currently operating at full capacity and with the largest exporter being “sold out” into the 2040’s, there’s very little excess LNG to deliver to Europe.

The three Democrat hacks on the FERC have placed a new roadblock to future expansion, beyond what’s already in the works…

[F]uture expansion of LNG capacity will be rather difficult, unless voters fire Democrats en masse in 2022 and 2024.

Biden promised to deliver something he doesn’t control and was probably going to happen anyway. I’d call him a worthless sack of schist, but that would be unfair to fecal matter.

Hit the link for the finer points (and the math) but to summarize, what LNG? And does this mean you’re planning to back off policy positions and rescind orders that make this promise untenable?

Nope. FJB is just being FJB.

This, as Middleton also notes, means that “Biden simply promised to deliver the results of someone else’s work, kind of like his college term papers.”

Work he has been diligently trying to undermine since day one.

Utah Gov. Vetoes Bill Banning Bio-Boyz in Girlz Sports – Legislature Overrides Veto!

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 21:00 +0000

Extending protection to girls and women in sports is a hot ticket these days, especially with poster children like Lia Thomas making the need obvious. A 400+ ranked men’s collegiate swimmer is the #1 women’s collegiate swimmer. Do you know what that means?

It means there are at least another 400+ men who could probably claim to be women and take away his crown.

And what of the actual women? A vocal majority on the Left doesn’t give a rat’s ass about that or them. But they are outraged (it doesn’t take much) that Utah passed legislation that would prohibit penises from competing as vaginas and then outraged again when that veto was overridden.

Girls and women competing in school athletic programs got a huge win.

The bill, H.B. 11, “imposes limits on participation in female sports by requiring schools and local education agencies to designate athletic activities by sex” and “prohibiting a student of the male sex from competing against another school on a team designated for female students.”

The law defines “sex” as “the biological, physical condition of being male or female, determined by an individuals [sic] genetics and anatomy at birth.”

It’s very Title IX of them, but why did the Governor balk the first time? As written, the Governor was concerned about the fiscal exposure from lawsuits. Oh, and he says only four transgender kids play sports, and only one biological boy is playing as a girl statewide. And none of them are dominating their sports.

No harm, no foul is how that veto message reads. So, where’s the red line, Governor? How many girls need to lose matches to biological boys? Is there some number of college scouts who need to be discouraged or scholarships lost before you’d have signed off?

You don’t abolish laws against theft simply because no one stole anything, but allowing a guy who can barely compete at the boys/men’s level to own the girl’s level is theft.

They are robbed of the benefit of their investment in time and training. Their parents are robbed of countless hours of sleep and the cost of training and travel. Girls who see this new world order never take up sports because what’s the point – so they are robbed of those benefits.

They are denied everything Title IX was created to protect.

Trans do have the right to free speech, self-defense, redress, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness – all of that – but not at the expense of other’s similar rights.

Biologically, males and females are very different. Pretending this is not so does not make it true. And thanks to Lia Thomas, millions of people trying desperately not to pay attention or care can’t help but notice just how unfair that is, and states like Utah are moving to protect girls and women before the so-called party of women erases them.

Failure Is More than an Option with This Lot

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 19:30 +0000

Winston Churchill spoke these words decades ago but never has there been a more perfect example of the meaning than President Joe Biden.

“You can always count on the Americans to do the right thing, after they have exhausted all the other possibilities.”? Winston Churchill

Americans concur in their disappointment with the job performance of Joe Biden after just fifteen months of his term. That is not my opinion. The polling results back that statement. Biden has dipped to 34% in the most recent approval ratings. That is pathetic and almost as low as Congress.

Let me digress for a bit and look at approval ratings. They show that America is not in love, or even like, with our leaders in Washington. Let’s take a look.

  • Joe Biden 34%
  • Kamala Harris 32%
  • Chuck Schumer 26%
  • Mitch McConnell 20%
  • Nancy Pelosi 32%
  • Kevin McCarthy 20%

Pathetic numbers, no matter what scale you put them on. The interesting thing for me is that as bad as the Dems are doing, the Republicans could not be worse. What does that mean? I have no answer for that.

Back to Biden/Harris. There is nothing proactive to this dynamic duo. The only thing they were quick to do was to pull the military support out of Afghanistan before any civilians. Oh wait, that did not work out too well, did it.

The speeches given by Biden while he was in Europe may have sounded forceful, but were they? When the White House staff had to jump into action to reverse some of your dramatic moments, you lost technical points and many style points.

The Ukrainian people had their homes, towns, and the countryside as they knew it blown to ash. It does nothing to ease their pain to have you proclaim from Poland that you stand with them. So what. It falls flat, as it should.

You can talk about a world of peace and light, but when your next breath says this will be a long battle and painful for all of us, they don’t feel safe and comforted. These people are having their worlds turned upside down. If they ever return, what will they be coming back to? They know the reality is they now have nothing, not even a place to call home, and they are ready to start rebuilding their lives as soon as Putin is neutralized.

These people who remain close to their homes have no food, water, or medicines. This is why a long battle is not an option. When you are hungry and dehydrated, months are not an option. The Russians are in the same predicament. They did not plan on this confrontation going more than a week, so food and fuel are an issue. This constraint may be why they have not pushed further from the border.

As the sanctions tighten the noose around Putin’s neck and his support in Moscow continues to erode, that is when Putin may get desperate. He may see that conventional arms are not getting the job done, and losing is not an option. The world has to watch closely to see if he is preparing chemical or nuclear weapons. If so, all bets are off, and NATO or not, the world will have to come down on him with no mercy.

The insults and name-calling might be Biden trying to bolster his sagging poll numbers. Name-calling will not deter Putin and may force his hand to erratic behavior the world does not need. The world needs decisive leadership at this moment. The staff might not correct a wrong decision as you pull into Delaware for the weekend.

We need you to be right the first time, and you have never shown an ability to be on the right side of history. This crisis may not end well for anybody.

When Dems Blame Putin Show Them This (Video)

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 18:00 +0000

We’re big on community service here, and part of that mission includes providing tools and resources you can carry off ad use over and over again in cyberspace.

Digital battle gear with unlimited “rounds.” Past it and share it as much as you please, and here’s something we think you will find helpful.

The Left has gone all-in on blaming Putin. The order came down from the White House and the DNC. Whatever it is, blame Russia, no matter what?

One of their favorites is energy prices. The price of oil, gas, heating oil, propane, and Natural Gas all look like hockey sticks in the Biden era. That was the trend long before Vlad the Invader sent his troops into Ukraine. But that’s not the story they need middle America to hear.

Blame Putin!

We already covered how F Joe Biden took an energy-independent America and made it reliant on Russian oil we are no longer buying (after a year of purchasing it at inflated prices to fund Putin’s war machine).

That’s a fact.

We were energy-independent. Joe Biden F’d that up and sent gobs of cash to the Ruskies for oil we had right here.

Why can’t we tap our natural strategic reserve (and I mean the minerals in the ground)?

Joe and the Democrats did that. He campaigned on it, and they supported him. And FJB didn’t just say it once. Ending fossil fuels in America was a central plank in his campaign and a promise he kept on day one.

And here’s the proof. Ninety-Seconds of Joe Biden promising to end fossil fuels in the US.

Joe promised, and while it’s unusual for Democrats to keep promises, especially Joe Biden, he’s kept this one, and here’s the proof I promised.

COVID Questions That Gov. Chris Sununu and Dr. Benjamin Chan Need to Answer …

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 15:00 +0000

As the media blackout on Pfizer’s science continues in the Granite State, there is little chance anyone claiming to be a journalist on their taxes will ask these critical questions.

These watchdogs can’t even admit that the Pfizer doc dump completely undermines more than a year of lies about the experimental vaccines. So much for holding the government accountable.

Hey, we’re happy to continue filling that void.

Steve Kirsch has been a fountain of details, research, actual science, and essential questions about the virus and the response. He’s been so effective he has been branded as #3 on the list of top 12 misinformation spreaders on the topic. That means he hits home runs all the time, and they hate him for it.

We love it and will keep sharing his stuff like this. Steve has announced that he is interested in patching things up between himself and the so-called experts.

In order to resolve the conflict, I’m going to make the following offer in good faith: I will happily stop spreading “misinformation” if you all would just take a few minutes to answer a few questions for me. Fair enough? Will you do that?

He’s got this list of questions (20 plus a few bonus questions) that he’d like answered before he concedes any ground.

An open letter to the White House, Surgeon General Murthy, Twitter censors, Medium censors, LinkedIn censors, YouTube censors, the medical community, the mainstream media, all members of US Congress, world leaders, all public health officials anywhere in the world, all “fact checker” organizations, and members of the California legislature especially Assemblymember Evan Low and Senator Dr. Richard Pan.

Neither our governor (Chris Sununu) nor the State’s head epidemiologist (Dr. Benjamin Chan) was included in this distribution list.

And you’ll notice that you’ve got the same issue in your State if it is other than New Hampshire.

I think that, given the frequency with which these “leaders” aped the Federal line lies, including the accumulation and expenditure of tens of millions of non-existent dollars to advertise the lies, they too should be asked to answer these questions.

You can read them all here (and please visit Steve’s Substack and consider subscribing), but we’ve included them here for our governor, his epidemiologist, and yes – the local media.

Much of this may be new to them, and in the interest of journalistic integrity, accountability, and transparency, they may want to ask some of these questions. All those folks who were ignorant of or are in denial about how Pfizer and the FDA tried to hide how the vaccine was neither safe nor effective while potentially dangerous and deadly. They need to get on the record.

So, here we go.

Here are my questions:

  1. Why no debates? Why won’t any mainstream doctors or scientists or public health officials (or any other health authority for that matter) debate me or any of my colleagues in a live, recorded debate? I even offer some people (members of the ACIP and VRBPAC committees) $1 million just to come to the debate table and it made no difference. We can’t even get any of them to propose any ground rules that they will accept! For example, Professor Makary proposed debate terms (which weren’t a debate) and then ignored me when I tried to accept them.
  2. VAERS safety signals flashing red since January 2021. How could the CDC and the FDA possibly miss all the safety signals in VAERS which have been flashing red since January 2021 for thousands of symptoms, some elevated by 1,000X or more? Why did they ignore all attempts to bring this to their attention (if it wasn’t already obvious). They clearly must have known in January that the data coming in didn’t match the claims in the clinical trials.
  3. Risk benefit calculation. I have more than 10 methods that show that over 150K people have been killed by the vaccine and the Pfizer trial showed we’d save 1 life from COVID for every 22,000 vaccinated. So after vaccinating 220M people, we kill 150,000 people or more and we save 10,000 lives. If this is wrong, where is the mistake and what are the correct numbers?
  4. Why no investigation into Maddie de Garay? Why did the FDA not investigate the Maddie de Garay case after agreeing to look into it? Why is the press silent on this as well? She was 12 years old in the Pfizer clinical trial and became paralyzed less than 24 hours after injection. Why were her symptoms reported as mild abdominal pain and not paralysis? What is causing her to now progress to being a quadriplegic? And if her symptoms weren’t caused by the vaccine (as claimed by the “fact checkers,” then why are her symptoms virtually identical to other vaccine victims and not explainable any other way?
  5. More people died who took the drug than those who didn’t take the drug. The Pfizer 6 month study showed that more people died who got the drug than who got the placebo (they conveniently forgot to mention this in the abstract or conclusion). Isn’t it supposed to be the other way around? Where is the RCT showing an all-cause death benefit? See this article for updated numbers in the pre-unblinding phase showing 21 dead who took the drug vs. 17 dead who took the placebo. And how was Pfizer certain that none of the people who got the drug was killed by the vaccine? What tests were done during the autopsies that exonerated the drug? These tests were never revealed and they are still being kept hidden for some odd reason. Since the vaccine wasn’t the cause, why not make the autopsy reports and tests done public that prove this?
  6. Elevated myocarditis rates. How is a 559-fold increase in the reporting rate of myocarditis in VAERS (see slide 19) considered to be a “slightly elevated risk” of myocarditis? Why wasn’t this noticed in January 2021? How did the CDC completely miss this signal (they admitted it was the DoD who spotted it). How do you explain 4 cases of myocarditis at the Monte Vista Christian School (with only 800 students, half of them male and perhaps half of those not vaccinated)? That’s a 1 in 50 rate. Is that just bad luck? And how is it possible that multiple military doctors I’ve asked about the rates in the military both give me numbers over 1%? Am I just unlucky?
  7. How do you explain Schirmacher’s study? Dr. Peter Schirmacher, one of the world’s top pathologists, reported that in 40 cases examined 2 weeks after vaccination, the vaccine killed 30% to 40% of them. Immediately after he reported this, his family was threatened if he spoke out. So Dr. Schirmacher has been silenced. See my article for details. Do you support intimidation techniques to silence legitimate scientists with dissenting views? The Federal Association of German Pathologists has called for autopsies, but the government has silenced them as well. Do you support my call for autopsies? If not, why not? Also, Schirmacher’s results have been validated by Bhakti and Burkhardt. Did all of them get it wrong? How were they fooled?
  8. What is causing the telltale clots? Embalmers have seen odd blood clots, never before seen before the vaccines rolled out, in up to 93% of cases. These are not normal clots and have never been seen before the vaccines rolled out. What are they caused by and why are they killing so many people?
  9. Excess deaths. What’s causing the excess deaths observed by insurance companies? Insurance company deaths rose in Q3 and Q4 of 2021 at the same time the boosters rolled out. The fact checkers say it is due to COVID, but the data doesn’t line up which they fail to point out. Delta started in June and was 93% by August. You’d never know that from the graph:
  10. The more you vaccinate, the worse the outcomes. Why do over 10 studies (including one covering 145 countries) all show that the more we vaccinate, the worse the infection and fatality rates? Since nobody has been able to refute any of these studies, shouldn’t we at least put the mandates temporarily on hold until the studies are refuted?
  11. Negative efficacy. The latest UK government report shows that for most age groups, you are now more than 3 times more likely to get COVID if you are triple vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated. It seems the more you vaccinate, the worse the disparity. It’s clearly tied to the number of vaccinations. How do you explain this if the vaccines are protective?
  12. CDC paper admits to negative vaccine efficacy. This is big. Finally, a paper by nine CDC authors published in JAMA in January 2022 (Association Between 3 Doses of mRNA COVID-19 Vaccine and Symptomatic Infection Caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron and Delta Variants) shows in Fig. 3 that the vaccines create negative efficacy for Omicron at month 7, just like the Denmark study showed too (in Denmark it was after 3 months). In other words, the CDC authors admit that the vaccines make you more likely to get Omicron starting in month 7. Isn’t this contrary to what the CDC has been telling us? The vaccines aren’t supposed to make things worse, right?
  13. VAERS underreporting factor. What is the URF for VAERS this year? Why didn’t anyone calculate it? Why didn’t the FDA simply admit they don’t know what it is when asked by a reporter? Why does John Su never talk about the proper URF when he talks about the VAERS data? He knows how to calculate the URF since he was one of the authors on the CDC paper for how to do this. So why is he silent?
  14. How can you do risk benefit calculation without estimating the VAERS URF? This is elementary, yet none of the outside committee members of the CDC or FDA ever asks about this. Why not? I keep bringing this up in my public testimony, but they just ignore me.
  15. Pfizer Phase 3 trial exclusions. How do you explain the gaming in the Pfizer trial on exclusions (311 vs. 60)? (see Slide 65). That couldn’t have happened by chance. And while you have that slide deck open, if you can answer any other questions in that deck, that would be super helpful.
  16. Every randomized trial shows masks make no difference at all. If masks work, then how come the graph for purple cloth masks in the Bangladesh study showed absolutely no effect and why did they omit this graph from the published paper? I read through all 111 pages and couldn’t find the graph. Not only did they omit the graph, but nowhere in the paper did they point out that the purple cloth masks had no effect. Isn’t that scientific fraud? Also, if masks work, then why isn’t there any data supporting the mask policy in Israel?
  17. Why don’t we have any autopsies done by a competent authority? Why don’t we just do autopsies of 100 people who died within 2 weeks of vaccination? We can have people like Peter Schirmacher, Ryan Cole, Sucharit Bhakdi, and Arne Burkhardt observe this work. That would settle the argument and end the vaccine hesitancy for sure.
  18. Why is there a 5% rate of neurological damage after vaccination? If the vaccines are perfectly safe, then how do you explain how a California neurologist can have 1,000 vaccine injured in their practice of 20,000 patients. That’s a 5% neurological injury rate. This closely matches the vaccine injury rate discovered by the Israeli Ministry of Health (which was 4.5%).
  19. How do you explain this data?
  20. Can you answer any of the questions on this list?

Number 20 leads to a list of 100 questions, none of which they want to answer, but feel free to review those. And then, send them to the governor, your NH State Senator, your State Reps, Democrat mayors, boards of selectmen and Alderman, school boards, superintendents, and (of course) local health departments.

Let us know if you get any response? We’ll also be happy to report on the non-response.

History Mirrors Today

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 13:30 +0000

The history of science is surprising, interesting, and violent. In my experience, science begins with “ our lying eyes” telling us the earth is flat because we could see no further than the horizon.

During the Age of Discovery (1400 to 1600) Vasco da Gama, Ferdinand Magellan, Amerigo Vespucci, Columbus (great explorers but not scientists), proved our eyes do lie to us because, in fact, the earth is round.

It took another 100 years for Galileo to discover outer space when he invented the telescope. For his incredible discovery of the planets, advancing heliocentrism, the astronomical model, and the hypothesis that the earth revolves around the sun, Galileo was persecuted and condemned by the Spanish Inquisition as a heretic. After a hoax trial, Galileo was sentenced to house arrest in 1632 until his death in 1642.

What on earth could that have to do with today? Does house arrest ring a bell?

We want to thank Charles Bradley HERE for this Op-Ed. If you have an Op-Ed or LTE
you would like us to consider, please submit it to

In 1632, there were few books, no phones, no internet. Communication was by word of mouth only. Shut one person up, and you shut the rebellion down! What a different world we live in today! The Modern-Day Inquisition suffers from the same arrogant ignorance that the 17th century Inquisition did. Human nature never changes.

Vampires may be put in a coffin, but they always rise from the dead to suck the blood from humankind. The scientific and bureaucratic establishment has a lengthy, infamous history of persecution of scientific innovators and political disruptors. See “ The Seekers “ by Daniel Boorstin.”

Fast forward to 2016 the Rise of the Demolitioncrat Vampires. The Trump/ Clinton clash exposed the FBI’s march to disgrace with James Comey’s indictment of Hilary Clinton’s criminal conduct as Secretary of State, ending with the outrageous and outlandish statement that no reasonable prosecutor would indict her, actually usurping the AG’s jurisdictional authority.

Recall Bill’s secret airplane meeting to discuss grandchildren that Lynch did not have.

Recall Comey’s infiltration of the Trump White House to frame General Flynn.

Recall AG Sessions failure to advise Trump of his recusal from the Russian hoax investigation.

Recall AG Bill Barr recent admission that the DOJ possessed the Hunter sex and drug tape as early as December 2019 and did nothing.

Recall Erik Holder lied to Congress and Mueller dragged out the Russian hoax investigation for three years, spending $50 million, resulting in Trump’s innocence.

The collapse of the “rule of law” became inevitable with these unpunished crimes.

With President Trump’s popularity skyrocketing, our foreign foes on good behavior and the economy taking off, enter the CDC and the FDA. Dr. Faucenstein surreptitiously re-ignites the “Bat Lady’s” Wuhan lab’s deadly coronavirus experiments and the CCP launches a worldwide attack with a so-called “bat virus” all with the financial complicity of Dr. Faucenstein, the CDC, and the FDA.

The medical federal bureaucrats (you know who they are) shout from the rooftops that hydroxychloroquine is therapeutically ineffective to prevent the CCP Bat virus. This “Big Lie” results in the unnecessary deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans and the theft of the 2020 election.

The final nail in the coffin is the January 6th Commission set up by the Wicked Witch of Washington Nancy after it was led by the FBI and DOJ and after she and the mayor of D.C. refused President Trump’s offer of soldiers (reservists).

The vampire Demolitioncrats must be defeated in 2022 and 2024 to save our country.

Okay, Groomer!

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 12:00 +0000

Take your inspiration where you can get it, and this morning it comes from the Andrew Klavan Show. A one-line response when you find yourself in the company of people who think it’s okay for adults to talk about the nuances of sex to little kids.

It’s Creepy

If it’s a stranger talking to your kids about their, sex it’s creepy. If it’s some extended family member or a neighbor, it’s creepy. If it were the mailman or a town councilor or a priest, it’d be creepy.

In most of those instances, you’d be involving law enforcement.

Bit if it’s a public school teacher, who has access to them at least six hours a day, it’s still creepy. As we’ve often reminded folks, priest pedophilia pales in comparison to that of public employees in the school systems. It’s not even a close contest. Pretending it’s part of the curriculum is just gross and its grooming.

Young kids have very little concept of self, let alone an ability to fathom the binary concept of two sexes.

Related: It’s the Public-School Groomers Who Say “Don’t Say, Gay”

It’s child abuse, and parents shouldn’t stand for it. In Florida, they took a stand, and the legislature and governor listened. But that’s only Democracy to the Left when they get what they want.

And they want to groom your kids. Don’t be afraid to call it what it is.

Okay, Groomer!

When you stumble across these freaks (or alternately, pursue them in their social media lairs), they’ll be coming up with all sorts of justifications, none of which makes what they want any less creepy.

You think that it’s okay for adults to talk about sex, any sex, from any vector, with six, seven, and eight-year-olds? And you support that?

Okay, Groomer!

Tell Senators to Honor the Deal for State of Emergency Reform

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-03-28 10:30 +0000

We need your help to encourage the Senate to support HB 275 this week, which is currently sitting idle in the Senate Committee on Executive Departments and Administration.

This is the language that we facilitated in an agreement between the House Freedom Caucus, Senators and the Governor in order to support the budget last year in HB 2. The Senate and Governor agreed to this language in order to garner support from Freedom Caucus members. It’s time to encourage the Senate to honor that deal.

To give you a quick overview of the difference between these two efforts, consider section 91:459 of HB 2 and contrast that with the language in HB 275. The language that became law theorizes that a State of Emergency is the natural condition of government and requires both the House and Senate to vote to end it.

We disagree, and therefore pushed for the language in HB 275. This language theorizes that a Constitutional Republic is the natural condition of government and that both the House and Senate ought to have to vote to continue a State of Emergency, and otherwise it should automatically end.

Please Submit Group communications or Press Releases for consideration
to Submission is not a guarantee of publication.

Because of our disagreement, we encouraged our RebuildNH representatives to hold back their vote on the budget. In that effort, an agreement was made among House leaders, the Senate and the governor to accept our language in exchange for a positive vote for the budget. Now it is time to ensure we get our side of the deal, so please contact the Senate today and urge them to honor their word.

You may choose to target your efforts on Sen. Jeb Bradley and Sen. Chuck Morse, the Senate leaders, by calling Bradley at 603-271-3266 or Morse at 603-271-3479 or and or contacting the whole Senate by following the instructions below where we list the entire Senate contact list.

Support Liberty Even During An Emergency

In another major effort, we are asking you to contact Gov. Chris Sununu and ask him to sign HB 440 into law. This bill protects civil liberties even during a declared State of Emergency, which is basic common sense. Please call the governor at 603-271-2121 or email and remind him that it is his constitutionally sworn duty to protect the civil liberties of his constituents. Protecting New Hampshire from the potential overreach of his successors is another one of his responsibilities while in office.

Encourage the House to Support Medical Freedom for Health Workers

Support OTP-A: HB 1604, including state medical facilities in the statute providing medical freedom in immunizations. HB 1604 is coming back to the House for a second vote with a new committee amendment.

The bill would add state-run medical facilities into the Medical Freedom in Immunizations Act, by providing employees of these facilities a streamlined vaccine exemption process that must be granted. This bill barely passed the House the first time around and the main excuse given by a handful of Republican representatives was that the bill could jeopardize Medicare and Medicaid funding.

Now, the bill has been amended in House Finance and would no longer jeopardize this funding. Please contact the representatives who voted “no” the first time and inform them of this development in the committee amendment, asking them to support the amended bill.

Senate Committee Hearings This Week

We really would love for you to show up for these two Senate committee hearings on Wednesday. You all came out in a snow storm to support HB 1131 in the House, and now we need a larger show of force to get this past in the Senate. While you’re at it, please support HB 1044, a bill that will drastically improve medical services that are available without being tied to federal funds and federal strings. Please try to be there on Wednesday!

Wednesday, March 30, 2022, | N.H. Senate

Senate Committee on Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs
State House,
 Room 100

9:45 a.m. —SUPPORT—HB 1044, relative to direct payment and membership-based health care facilities. This is a really important bill, that amazingly would carve out an exemption allowing business ventures to create hospitals and other medical facilities that only accept direct payment, which would exempt them from federal COVID regulations and other potential federal overreach. Please Click here to register your disposition. Email the committee.
10 a.m.—SUPPORT—HB 1131, relative to facial covering policies for schools. This bill prohibits public schools from creating policies that force students or members of the public to wear masks. Please Click here to register your disposition. Email the committee.

Senate Session This Week

OPPOSE OTP, SUPPORT ITL: SB 382, relative to licensure requirements for telehealth services. Apparently Senators have been convinced by their lobbyists to support this bill, and that is a serious problem. This bill is EVIL! This bill would prohibit telemedicine from any practitioner not licensed in New Hampshire, which would cut-off effective COVID treatments from people who have been receiving them from out-of-state telemedicine doctors. The NH Legislature does not have the authority to regulated interstate commerce, because this power is delegated to the U.S. Congress in the U.S. Constitution, and thus we believe this bill is unconstitutional! This bill needs to die.

For the most up-to-date information on what is coming up, join RebuildNH’s Telegram Channel or our Facebook page.
