Your House is My ATM

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-05-09 18:00 +0000

An interesting thing happened in Croydon on Saturday. At a special school district meeting, 377 people decided that the voters who attended the annual meeting in March hadn’t offered enough charity ($800,000) to parents of school-aged children, so they gathered to extort more (an extra $900,000) through the threat of force (give us the money, or we’ll take your house).

One parent, who had already been offered $27,000 for tuition for his children at nearby public or private schools, insisted that he needed an additional $27,000. After the end of the meeting, he said that he had ‘never been prouder’ of his town.

He didn’t seem very concerned about the people from whom the money would be taken, or that over the course of their schooling, his children would cost the town more than $700,000.

Taking the money by force wasn’t unusual. It’s just the same kind of Marxism that happens in every district, every year.

As usual, the object lesson for the children of the district was that what you can’t do as an individual, with a gun, you can do as part of a gang, with a ballot. The first is robbery, which is bad. The second is democracy, which is good.

How are you supposed to raise moral children in a society that operates this way?

Anyway, what made Saturday unusual is the vote, which was 377 to 2, because the 40% of registered voters who believed that their money was their money boycotted the special meeting.

Normally, when people vote at a meeting like this, you can’t really tell who voted for what.  That’s the nature, and the purpose, of a secret ballot. With a result like 20 to 14, or 183 to 105, anyone can claim to have voted either way.

But when only one side shows up, there are no secrets. And that’s the value of a boycott.

That is, the supervisors of the checklist in Croydon now have a list of people who are on record as claiming that the homes of their fellow residents can be used — under threat of confiscation — as ATMs to pay for things that they think are more important than whatever the owners of those homes would choose to do with the money.

Buying food, for example. Or medicine, or heating oil, or home repairs.

A couple of weeks before the meeting, one of the 377 was asked: Shouldn’t we try to at least consider that there are people who are elderly, or on fixed incomes, or just poor, who maybe can’t afford to have their taxes keep going up?  The answer was, and I quote:  No, that’s just too bad for them.

This is one of the people that the parent I mentioned earlier is so proud of.

Anyway, that checklist is the closest thing you can get to a signed ransom note.

And it’s public information.  So the question now is:  What should be done with it?

MONDAY MEMES

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-05-09 16:00 +0000

They’re flying so thick and fast it is amazing.  And take heart – there will be a Meme Overflow and I will back-edit to include the link.

Remember, ridicule and mockery are effective weapons:

1. Ridicule cannot easily be fought

2. Ridicule makes the enemy angry, and angry people make mistakes

3. For those in the “squishy middle” a Thought Splinter (and Part II and Part III) can often be hidden inside humor.  And I’m working on Thought Splinters IV among a couple of other essays, but they’re not ready yet.

Now, let the mockery and mayhem begin.

When Will the FDA Tweet about Misoprostol (It Can Medically Induce Abortions) Being Horse Medication?

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-05-09 14:00 +0000

Remember that time at COVID Camp when the Karen’s lost their collectivist minds over a safe and effective medication that could treat people infected with SARS CoV2? It has a human version with decades of safe use, but all they could talk about was horse paste. Remember that?

There is a version of ivermectin for horses and cows (just ask WMUR) and it has antiparasitic as well as antiviral properties. But the efficacy of the latter – as an off-label treatment for COVID patients – so offended the Vaccinate or we’ll die despots that even the US Food and Drug Administration Tweeted,

While the FDA was telling Americans not to get confused about the antiparasitic horse paste, the CDC was recommending “people” Ivermectin for refugees and immigrants pouring into America. Not specifically for COVID, but for the treatment of parasites, but many of them might have COVID, so the benefit of the off-label application would not have been lost, even on them. Oh, and yes, there is a version that is safe for people, but the tweet is still up.

Related: WMUR Lies About Ivermectin Bill and Uses Horse Paste as Headline Photo

And this should be odd because the FDA is not unaware of the potential benefits of Ivermectin as an anti-viral, nor is the CDC. I’d wager they also know how much safer Ivermectin is than the mRNA inoculations they’ve insisted are safe and effective, knowing that neither is the case.

So, the response to Ivermectin was political, not scientific. It had nothing to do with public health.

So, what is their position on this?

Misoprostol is medically available to people for the same reason you’d give it to a horse (or perhaps a refugee?). Ulcers.

Misoprostol reduces stomach acid and helps protect the stomach from damage that can be caused by taking a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) such as aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), celecoxib, diclofenac, indomethacin, meloxicam, and others.

According to the FDA, Misoprostol can also “cause birth defects, premature birth, uterine rupture, miscarriage, or incomplete miscarriage and dangerous uterine bleeding. Do not use misoprostol if you are pregnant,” (and I wonder when the FDA is going to put that warning on the mRNA vaccines or is it too late?).

Is it also too late to note that condoms and other forms of birth control are also cheap and easy to get? Easier than Misoprostol.

Abortion mills make them available the way restaurants provide mints for customers on their way out since before Sandra Fluke testified before Congress about how they needed to protect contraceptives from Republicans who never said they would ban them.

I guess I should point out that neither mints nor Ivermectin will terminate a pregnancy, but they won’t rupture your uterus either.

And if you take Ivermectin instead of getting The Jab, you won’t lose your baby if – for some odd reason – you think of it as carrying a child instead of being “punished with a baby.”

And then there’s the FDA. I did a quick search, and there’s nothing about off-label use as a chemical abortion, but I did find this from 2015 (emphasis in original).

This Patient Information Sheet is for pregnant women who may receive misoprostol to soften their cervix or induce contractions to begin labor. Misoprostol is sometimes used to decrease blood loss after delivery of a baby. These uses are not approved by the FDA. No company has sent the FDA scientific proof that misoprostol is safe and effective for these uses.

There can be serious side effects, including a torn uterus (womb), when misoprostol is used for labor and delivery. A torn uterus may result in severe bleeding, having the uterus removed (hysterectomy), and death of the mother or baby. These side effects are more likely in women who have had previous uterine surgery, a previous Cesarean delivery (C-section), or several previous births.

Anyway, as you were.

General Don Bolduc’s American Strength Campaign

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-05-09 12:00 +0000

General Don Bolduc launched his American Strength Agenda with a series of town halls this week. Granite Grok caught up with him at Bedford Town Library. Watch and understand why this hero is running to serve us, his constituents, and notice the separation of powers clearly understood in part 4.

I make no secret of my support for Gen. Bolduc: All the others whom the party has thrown against the wall have failed to “stick,” and indeed, some are laughingstocks already. The General is already within striking distance of Maggie Hassan, and clearly relishes the debates with her. This man is not afraid to carry the fight to the enemy!

Part 1 – the stump speech:

Part 2 – Q&A session:

Part 3 – The Thanksgiving turkey story, AKA Operation Turkey Drop:

Part 4 – American spirit, separation of powers, and judicial overreach – this man gets it!

City of Nashua Admits They Were Wrong to Take Down My Save Women’s Sports Flag

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-05-09 10:00 +0000

My husband and I raised the Save Women’s Sports flag on the Citizen Flag Pole on Nashua City Hall Plaza on Saturday, October 10, 2020 with permission from the City of Nashua. It was supposed to stay up until Friday, October 16.

Nashua Mayor Jim Donchess had it removed in less than 24 hours claiming the message “Woman = Adult Human Female” on the flag is offensive and that it violates state law.

In Nashua City Attorney Steve Bolton’s response to my appeal to have my flag put back up, he cited the court case Shurtleff V Boston as justification for the City of Nashua to control which flags can be flown.

Earlier this year, I warned Mayor Donchess and Attorney Bolton, and the Nashua Board of Aldermen repeatedly that the Shurtleff case was being heard at the US Supreme Court and it was going very badly for Boston, which had denied Hal Shurtleff the right to fly a Christian flag on a community flagpole on Boston City Hall plaza. But they ignored me and continued to allow community groups to fly flags on the Citizen Flag Pole.

Last week, the Supreme Court justices voted 9-0 in favor of Shurtleff and said it was viewpoint discrimination to deny him the right to fly his flag when Boston had allowed all other flags requested by others to be flown.

Attorney Richard Lehmann sent a letter on my behalf to Nashua City Attorney Steve Bolton calling out the unconstitutionality of Mayor Jim Donchess having my Save Women’s Sports flag removed from the Citizen Flag Pole based on the outcome of this case and requesting that I be allowed to raise my flag again.

Related: 9-0 Supreme Court Decision Favors Free Speech, Hal Shurtleff, and Camp Constitution

The City of Nashua’s response was to remove the webpage for the Citizen Flag Pole program from the city website. This is an acknowledgment of wrongdoing by Mayor Donchess and the City of Nashua.

The City had a flag-raising scheduled for June 17 for the Pride flag which has gone up every year on the Citizen Flag Pole since the flag program was instituted in June 2017, but that event also seems to have disappeared. I am awaiting word from my alderman on what is going to happen with the flag program.

Thanks to the ACLU and the Biden administration for supporting Shurtleff’s and other citizens’ right to fly flags with other points of view on city flagpoles.

My favorite quote from the Supreme Court case is this from Shurtleff’s lawyer Matthew Staver:

If the city allows a Black Lives Matter flag, then it will probably have to allow a Proud Boys flag. That’s just what the First Amendment requires.

Today Robert Azzi, board member of ACLU-NH congratulated Shurtleff on winning his case in a Letter to the Editor to the Union Leader and applauded the ACLU-NH’s “unwavering support for the rights of all Americans”.

If Nashua continues the Citizen Flag Pole program and continues to deny me my first amendment right to fly my Save Women’s Sports flag on Nashua’s Citizen Flag Pole, I will be reaching out to the ACLU-NH for their help.

Dr. Tom Sherman Is Running For Governor … In Order To Make New Hampshire More Like North Korea

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-05-09 02:00 +0000

Only seven other countries in the world allow elective abortions after 20 weeks.  They are Canada, China, Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore and Vietnam.

“Dr. Tom Sherman” has made abortion-at-any-time-for-any-reason the centerpiece of his campaign for Governor. The question I have is … if “Dr. Tom Sherman” succeeds … will we have to address him as Great Leader, Dear Leader or Supreme Leader?

Call For Candidates: We Need to Elect More Liberty-Loving Reps and Senators in Our State

Granite Grok - Mon, 2022-05-09 00:00 +0000

Some excellent legislation has been introduced in the current biennium, including measures aimed at ending mask mandates in schools, and protecting New Hampshire residents from compulsory vaccination. Safeguarding free speech for sidewalk counselors outside abortion clinics, and curtailing indoctrination in our schools.

Several very good bills have become law, but many are still going through the legislative process. We’re optimistic that some positive changes will come about, – but we’d like to see the legislature do even more.

Unfortunately, a lot of good bills have been gutted and many have been defeated outright, simply because we don’t have enough votes in the legislature to get them passed. If we want to change that, we need to elect more liberty-loving Reps and Senators in our state.

Have you ever considered running for State Representative? In fact, a large percentage of State Rep candidates in our state have never run for office before. The 603 Alliance has worked with several hundred candidates over the past six years. We help first-time candidates to get the training and resources they need to be successful.  If you’re willing to consider running for state rep, we hope you’ll reach out and let us know.

On Thursday, May 19th, we’ll be holding an INFORMATIONAL WEBINAR to help you better understand what it’s like to run for State Rep, and what kind of commitment is required if you win your election.  We’ll also tell you about the resources that the 603 Alliance and others will be committing to help elect good candidates in 2022.

If you’d like to see the legislature do more to advance the cause of liberty in our state, please join us to learn more.
As a former State Rep and friend of the 603 Alliance likes to say “If you don’t have the votes, you lose.”  Yours might be the vote that makes the difference.  Join us!

Happy Mother’s Day

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 22:30 +0000

A quick shout out to all the moms! We hope you have had and are having a wonderful Mother’s Day. And no, we’re not talking about “birthing persons.”

We mean moms – biological women who have given birth or adopted children (men, your day is in June, no matter how you identify). Sorry, that’s just how we roll.

And children need both a mom and a dad whenever possible, by the way. The data proves it. And we realize the culture has taken a wrecking ball to that form of family, and not everyone has two parents.

So, have you thanked your grandmother or great-grandmother (as far back as your family goes) or those unofficial “moms” who may have stepped up or filled in if your circumstances warranted it?

Maybe you were raised by your “wife,” a process that started after you met and continues to this day. Thank her.  Thank the women in your life who helped guide you in positive and productive ways even when you couldn’t see that this is what that was at the time.

Thank them! It’s not too late.

So, to all the women who have embraced the role of mom, Happy Mother’s Day.

NHRTL Applauds Sununu’s Promise To Sign Buffer Zone Repeal

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 22:00 +0000

NHRTL commends Gov Sununu’s commitment to sign repeal of unjust and unused buffer zone law, HB1625.
Looks forward to Gov keeping his promise.

(Concord, NH – May 7, 2022) New Hampshire Right to Life (NHRTL) commends Gov Sununu for his written 2016 campaign promise to sign a repeal of NH’s unjust abortion provider buffer zone law. Since the House and Senate have now passed HB1625, the NH pro-life community looks forward to seeing the Governor deliver on his promise by signing HB1625 into law.

In 2016, Sununu’s written promise was enthusiastically received by the pro-life community and likely influenced many voters.

Surprisingly, the Governor recently discussed vetoing the buffer zone repeal rather than signing it.

NH’s buffer zone law (RSA 132:37-40) gives abortion businesses the ability to designate a “buffer zone” of up to 25 feet around the entrance where they are allowed to suppress free speech and peaceful assembly on public property by prohibiting “Congregating, Patrolling, Picketing, or Demonstrating.” The law is unnecessary because existing law already protects clients and workers at abortion clinics.

Given that a buffer zone has never been implemented in NH after 7 years, and that not one NH conviction was mentioned at the hearings, the law is even less necessary now than in 2016.

Jason Hennessey, President of NHRTL, said:

The Governor is faced with a choice: give in to powerful, well-funded abortion special interests, or keep his commitment and repeal a law that he clearly understood was wrong. We are grateful that HB1625 gives him an opportunity to demonstrate his integrity by keeping his promise!

The buffer zone law would oppress the speech rights of those who are trying to peacefully rescue a persecuted people group (the unborn) from oppression and offer life-affirming assistance to pregnant mothers.

The Worst Relationship the World has Ever Known

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 20:00 +0000

If you have ever had any sort of relationship with anyone, you ought to have a keen sense (unless you are an obsessive naval gazer) that nothing about socialism could ever possibly work.

People are fundamentally similar macroscopically, but microscopically we’re all a little different. And not because of skin color, culture, faith, or upbringing. Even when those things are the same, we are each our own selves in unique and often exciting ways (and sometimes not so exciting).

Be someone’s friend or significant other, and this is obvious. The success of a friendship hinges on big things you have in common, but after spending a week or just a weekend in close quarters with them, you might wonder why you ever liked each other. Not always, of course, but there are differences—little things.

More intimate relationships, successful ones at least, require greater tolerance levels, willingness to adapt, and a stronger desire for the benefits of being a couple than not. In the latter sense, you work together to cohabitate indefinitely. But if you forget that and begin to allow little things to niggle away at the edges and become big things, you are likely doomed.

That’s a cursory evaluation for political explanation purposes, but it demonstrates why central planning can be offensive to the human condition even on the most superficial level. A few hundred politicians (or just a handful) aided by an impenetrable wall of bureaucrats can’t possibly attend to anyone’s wishes but their own, at the expense of all others.

The handful, dozen, or in some cases, scores of little things that make you different are either meaningless to the central planner or an obstruction. They must be ignored or plowed under. And while people are willing to give up some freedom for the perception of security, or some things to satisfy the lie that the State is trying to care for everyone, the planned economy accomplishes none of that.

Almost everyone ends up on the wrong end of a co-dependent relationship where your “partner” has police powers and very likely all the guns.

You find yourself in a relationship where you constantly walk on eggshells. You have to police what you say, where you go, what you buy, and who you know.

The slightest inference of “impropriety” could have you put to the question, detained, confined, or worse.

Life is unnecessarily burdensome in that world, including personal relationships with people all suffering under the weight of the same boot.

No one wants to be trapped in an authoritarian relationship, be they a co-worker, friend, or lover, so why would you think one with your government could be any better?

It is a relationship where you are not only the 24/7/365 subject of someone else’s will. Your labors are taxed heavily to fund the abuse.

The constitutional Republic may appear messy, but it lets you be you as long as being you doesn’t prevent someone else from being themselves under the thinnest possible framework of laws needed to protect life, speech, thought, contract, and property.

And while we are well on our way down the road to the wrong end of a co-dependent relationship with a “partner” who has police powers, we’ve not wholly tied a knot we can’t undo, but we’re close.

And getting closer thanks to misguided people who think the government has any interest in helping them pursue their individuality.

Jack Brewer is a Man We Should Praise

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 18:00 +0000

Jack Brewer was an NFL player for four teams and forty games. He was undrafted probably because of his lack of height and weight. He may have been too small for the game of football, but he is a giant of a man.

Brewer left football for the world of finance and then for the creation of the Jack Brewer Foundation. Jack Brewer is not a perfect man and has made his share of mistakes, but he has given himself to God and service to the young.

Since 2006, the Jack Brewer Foundation has helped populations worldwide combat extreme poverty and human rights challenges. The areas he has reached out to for those in need are Meals on Wheels, Maternal and Pediatric Health, Disaster Relief, and American Heroes/Pal.

To date, JBF has delivered over $70 million in medical aid, supports over 35 orphan care centers, has helped deliver sports equipment to over one million underserved children, implements programs aimed at addressing fatherlessness in America’s hardest-hit black communities, and helps bring medical care to over 10,000 women and children around the world.

Jack Brewer has devoted his life to helping others. He has maximized the contacts he made in sports and finance to help those in need find a better path.

That is not how Joy Reid of MSNBC sees it.

She seized the opportunity her prime time show offered to defame Brewer and his work. There is a reason that her show consistently has the lowest ratings on mainstream media. Why she chose to attack Brewer is anyone’s guess, but it may cost her dearly.

The situation began when some of the children from one of Jack Brewer’s facilities appeared with Governor Ron DeSantis at a press event about the Parental Rights Bill DeSantis signed into Florida law. Reid Tweeted that the children were being used. “This mismisuse of Black boys is tantamount to child abuse,” the MSNBC host of The ReidOut tweeted on the day the bill was signed while sharing a post from Democratic Florida state Senator Shevrin Jones that called the photo “indoctrination.”

Jones’ comment is ironic as the bill DeSantis signed involved the indoctrination of grade school children exposed to sensitive sexual topics in grades K-3. “I would really like to hear the back-story on who these kids were and how they wound up at a DeSantis event. Given how anti-Black DeSantis is, using Black children this way is extra sick,” Reid continued. In for a penny, in for a pound. Unfortunately for Reid, she did not think before she took to Twitter.

“Ms. Reid’s reckless statements placed these kids in danger. Certain people motivated by Reid’s comments are furiously trying to figure out their identities,” Mr. Brewer wrote to Ms. Reid, adding that he demanded a public apology by May 2nd.

In addition to the public apology, the former NFL star said during a series of interviews with Fox News hosts last week that a police report had been filed against the MSNBC host last week.

“When you put out to your 2.1 million followers to go find where my kids are and who they are and who brought them that’s a direct threat,” Mr. Brewer said while giving an interview on Fox and Friends with host Steve Doocy.

Joy Reid is supposed to be losing her time slot. That was announced in January but word is the Network is fearful of Racist claims should they cut her loose. They have to. Her viewership is down 51% from the initial year in 2020. She relies on controversy rather than facts or sound opinions. She is a hack who tries to stir up emotions, but her viewership is so low that there are not many emotions to stir. Maybe one of the court cases against her will fall the right way and the help wanted sign can go up to find her replacement.

Survival Sunday

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 16:00 +0000

First, remember that I am merely an “enlightened amateur” as far as anything survival goes.  Please vet & check on your own.  Consider these to be priming the pump for your own investigations.

Second, the hour is late and I fear bad times are imminent, but even a month of food, water, etc., puts you well ahead of most of the sheeple.  IMHO, set your minimum sights on a three-month period.

Third, two things will be critical for having the best chance of making it through:

  1. The proper mentality: first and foremost in survival is having a flexible mentality and cultivating the ability to adapt.
  2. Having a meatspace network of people that are likeminded: start cultivating your community ties and building alliances with neighbors (note: don’t babble about the Jab or globalists or depopulation, or start pointing political fingers when doing this)… and remember, the first rule of PREP CLUB is that there is no prep club.

Fourth, as you read here, note that I present an aggregation of articles that I think are interesting, but I do not have time to vet them.  Caveat emptor.

>>>>>=====<<<<<

>>>>>=====<<<<<

Understand that short of years of preparation and untold wealth, you cannot possibly be fully prepared for everything.  But even some preparations, ideally at least 90 days of food, water / water purification, etc., puts you head and shoulders in front of the vast majority of the sheeple who will be in jaw-gaping astonishment when the SHTF.  The only relevant questions are:

  1. When does it start?
  2. How bad will it get?
  3. How long will it last?
  4. What will the aftermath look like?

50 U.S. Code § 4512 – Hoarding of designated scarce materials

In order to prevent hoarding, no person shall accumulate (1) in excess of the reasonable demands of business, personal, or home consumption, or (2) for the purpose of resale at prices in excess of prevailing market prices, materials which have been designated by the President as scarce materials or materials the supply of which would be threatened by such accumulation. The President shall order published in the Federal Register, and in such other manner as he may deem appropriate, every designation of materials the accumulation of which is unlawful and any withdrawal of such designation. In making such designations the President may prescribe such conditions with respect to the accumulation of materials in excess of the reasonable demands of business, personal, or home consumption as he deems necessary to carry out the objectives of this chapter. This section shall not be construed to limit the authority contained in sections 4511 and 4554 of this title.

Russia Is Now Openly Discussing NUKING London, Berlin, and Paris (theorganicprepper.com)

Remember what I said in last week’s Survival Sunday:

For months if not years I have commented here, and in multiple places elsewhere, that WWI started with the “seed crystal” of the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand.  From there, every country took what seemed – in the context of what was known at the time – to be the “next logical step”.  This continued until every single country was boxed in by commitments both internal and external… and then the whole thing started.

NATO and others are pushing Russia into a box.  And a cornered animal lashes out.  Related, but not a fun site:

Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! Counties With Facemask Mandates Had 85% More “COVID Case Death”

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 14:00 +0000

There is extensive research on why masking healthy people is not just a bad idea. It can be dangerous to their health. From hypoxia to pulmonary fibrosis, masks mandates are a public health considerable risk.

So, what if, on top of that, they resulted in more COVID deaths?

Dr. Zacharias Fögen, who favors masking to reduce viral infection (for those keeping score), has a research paper published  in Medicine that you might want to share with your local politicians and health “experts.”

Fögen analyzed data in Kansas counties and came to this conclusion (emphasis mine).

(Daily Sceptic) It is about whether masks decrease case fatality from COVID-19 (because less viral material is transmitted) or increase it. Increase sounds illogical? Ask yourself if you would wear the mask of a Covid patient. You probably wouldn’t, otherwise you could become infected by inhaling the viruses he or she breathed into the mask.

My study, based on the U.S. state of Kansas, provides the answer: case mortality was significantly lower in counties without mandatory masks. Mandatory masking increased case mortality there by 85%.

Fögen still believes masking has a place in reducing viral transmission, by the way. He is not a so-called “anti-masker.” But he has demonstrated through his research and analysis that masks and mask mandates may contradict their stated purpose. Instead of improving public health, they make matters significantly worse.

This contradiction is not new or “news” to our readers. We’ve shared mounds of data on the problem of mass masking, primarily as political theater.

Politicians and public health officials have been quick to impose mask mandates because it looks like they are doing something. And they are – they are making people sick.

The data and expert commentary we have shared indicate that masking the non-symptomatic or a-symptomatic can do more harm to them than good for the same reason masking the symptomatic resulted in 85% more COVID death in Fögen’s study.

Masks block a prime bodily defense mechanism for foreign invasion. The ability to exhale your human exhaust into an environment where it may be diluted or destroyed by nature.

Rebreathing your own exhaled breath for hours every day produces a significant risk to human health, not the least of which is inhaled fibers from masks worn or handled repeatedly throughout the day or even over days. Pulmonary Fibrosis is a slow death that begins with tiny fibers deeply embedded into lung tissue. There is no treatment or cure, and mass masking will likely increase cases and deaths from this condition in years to come.

To “protect” people from an infection that nearly 100% of them would survive. People that –  thanks to mask mandates – may have suffered a more severe illness (requiring hospitalization) or even death when neither would have been the case absent masking mandates.

Looking at counties in Kansas with and without Mask Mandates, Fögen’s data shows that counties without mandates had fewer COVID deaths than those with them.

The cause of this trend is explained herein using the “Foegen effect” theory; that is, deep re-inhalation of hypercondensed droplets or pure virions caught in facemasks as droplets can worsen prognosis and might be linked to long-term effects of COVID-19 infection. While the “Foegen effect” is proven in vivo in an animal model, further research is needed to fully understand it.

I’m not sure he has naming rights to something observed or repeatedly reported for two years, but we need to call it something. And his data-crunching in Kansas gives the theory long legs. Mask-mandated counties had significantly more COVID deaths.

This means that we should also expect the pro-mask machine to rebut this with contrary “research” even if they have to invent a project and publish a shoddy paper that will inevitably be retracted.

And before you go off half-cocked on some pro-mask rant, take a few minutes to listen to the testimony of Stephen Petty. He is an industrial hygenist—an expert on the topic. And I think you’ll find that The Fögen  Effect’ makes perfect sense.

Common sense.

I also recommend Dr. Collen Huber’s “The Defeat of COVID.” It is loaded with research papers, including several on making, and is the source for my comments n the threat of Pulmonary Fibrosis.

And finally, to recap, this paper found that mandatory masking resulted in 85% more COVID-case fatalities. If the goal is to reduce COVID, hospitalization and death mask mandates need to stop.

State Employee Rapes Girl and Sununu Wants to Help Cover up Future Cases

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 12:00 +0000

In Kevin Landrigan’s column in the Union Leader on April 23, he summarized an article in the Boston Globe that told the story of a young teen girl who was repeatedly raped by a New Hampshire government employee at the Sununu Youth Services Center in Manchester.

When she became pregnant, she was taken to an abortion facility where she was administered RU-486 abortion pills against her will, very likely at the Manchester Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood is infamous for helping cover up the rape of minors. In this case, the rapes were covered up for years.

NH Governor Chris Sununu has said he will veto HB1625, the Sidewalk Free Speech Act which would repeal the New Hampshire buffer zone law that allows private abortion businesses to ban people offering help to abortion-vulnerable pregnant mothers from up to 25 feet of the public sidewalks and streets outside the entrances to their facilities.

Without someone on the sidewalk to offer help, it is much easier for rapists to cover up their crimes by forcing their victims, especially underage victims, to get abortions.

Related: Five More Reasons to Repeal the “Buffer Zone”

Governor Sununu loves to brag about being “pro-choice” but this girl and many others don’t get a choice. Over half of abortions in America are unwanted or coerced.

Please contact Governor Sununu and ask him to sign HB1625 and help protect vulnerable girls and women from forced abortions. He can be reached at 603-271-2121.

Laconia School Board Chair Aaron Hayward Will Have a Pleasant Surprise on Monday Morning

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 10:00 +0000

Laconia School Board Chair Aaron Hayward will have a pleasant surprise tomorrow morning given what I’m being told about the OTHER coverup that includes Laconia School Superintendent Steve Tucker.

The alleged retaliation against folks they believe wrote the anonymous letter complaining of a hostile workplace and cronyism.

Frankly, I’m surprised that Tucker kept it together as long as he did but I have been told, and have noticed, that he couldn’t carry this off by himself.

Aaron Hayward, currently the Associate Principal at the Belmont High School is not much better and, if I am to believe the little birdies tweeting in my ears, he’s a’hankering to move Districts. So he’s well up over his hair roots (long hair, short hair, take your pick) in this as well.

So, knowing that sometimes even smart people (not calling him smart, jus’ sayin’) can do stupid things at times, I just sent an RSA 91-A demand to the Shaker Regional School District School Board to get his emails over the last year. It’s not always possible to be perfect in possible malfeasances, so let’s see if we can find the exceptions on “being perfect”.

Pursuant to the Right to Know Law (RSA. 91-A:4 (I) ), I am demanding access, within 5 business days, to the below enumerated governmental records Otherwise, if this cannot be fulfilled within the mandated 5 business day window per RSA 91-A, please advise when the Responsive Records will be made available.

This requests the emails in any email account(s) assigned to Belmont High School Associate Principal Aaron Hayward, as a result of his employment at Belmont High School, during the time period of January 1, 2021, through end of day, May 6, 2022.

The information for each responsive record (i.e., email) shall include:

  • TO fields, FROM fields – all addresses
  • CC fields, BCC fields – all addresses
  • DATE fields
  • SUBJECT field
  • And the Body of the email itself.

Per RSA 91-A:4 IV(c) If you deny any portion of this request, please cite the specific exemption used to justify the denial to make each record, or part thereof, available for inspection along with a brief explanation of how the exemption applies to the information withheld.

As you are aware, in 2016, the New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled that a governmental body in possession of records is required to produce them in electronic media using standard common file formats: Green v. SAU #55, 168 N.H. 796, 801 (2016). Unless there is some reason that it is not reasonably practicable for you to produce these records in the requested format, I ask that you either do so or explain why it is not practicable for you to comply.

Please also note, per RSA 91-A:4 III, III-a, and III-b, you are required to maintain the safety and accessibility of such responsive records. This also includes such responsive records (e.g., emails) which may have been deleted from respective In mailboxes/Sent mailboxes but are still available on the applicable email server or in your / email host’s backup system(s).

Please let me know when these records will be sent to me for inspection.

You may email the responsive records to me at Skip@GraniteGrok.com. If the volume turns out to be substantial, I have already set up a Dropbox folder for all of your responsive records to which they can be uploaded

Thank you for your lawful attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Skip Murphy
GraniteGrok.com

And in case anyone tips him off, I’ve already made it clear that the Law demands that all electronic records of a government entity MUST be held as long as any hardcopy ones they have in their possessions. Just don’t like to hear the lame excuse that “my dog ate the tape drive” schtick (or today’s version, I plugged the solid-state NAS drive into the 240V socket instead of the 120V) – judges will haul the IT folks to a certain spot in front of that high desk in that very special room.

The people and parents in Laconia are starting to wise up as to what is going on. Perhaps I’ll find some rotten tomatoes to pass on to them as they put Tucker and Hayward into the stocks.

And I’ll ask the question again: why isn’t the Laconia Daily Sun not abiding by The Journalist’s Maxim of “comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable” on this story as well? At least from Gunstock, they might be comped a free day pass.  Here?  Not much that I can think of.

Sun-King Sununu Shows He’s Nowhere Near Ready For Primetime

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 02:00 +0000

Sun-King Sununu is a narcissist. And one of the current manifestations of his narcissism involves teasing a Presidential run in 2024. But as this WMUR clip shows, the Sun-King is nowhere near ready for primetime.

Any political team with any degree of competence would have anticipated Abortion-Ken a/k/a Adam Trump-Voters-Are-White-Supremacists Sexton asking “gotchas” about abortion.

But the Sun-King … who thinks he is the proverbial smartest man in the room and can talk his way out of anything … is left stammering and stuttering by Abortion-Ken.

The correct answer, Sun-King, would have been to refuse to answer such a vague hypothetical and tell Abortion-Ken he needs to give a specific example or examples if he wants an answer.

Just imagine what the national press would do to Sun-King.

Five More Reasons to Repeal the “Buffer Zone” Law in New Hampshire

Granite Grok - Sun, 2022-05-08 00:00 +0000

If the buffer zone law were enforced at Planned Parenthood in Manchester the following encounters would have never happened. The high school student was driven to Planned Parenthood by her pastor.

The teenager said her father would kill her if he found out she was pregnant. After talking to us she decided to go with her pastor and talk to her father. Five months later her father invited her friends to a baby shower. Happy grandfather.

A 31-year-old woman left Planned Parenthood with offers of resources to continue her pregnancy. She said her husband told her to get an abortion. After several months her husband had a change of heart and he held one of the twins at the baptism

A mother and daughter arrived and as they walked into Planned Parenthood they heard the words “Pregnant? We will help you with whatever you need.” A while later they came out and approached the person who had spoken to them. The woman said she needed a place to live. Her mother’s boyfriend did not want her to live with them. We found her an apartment that she moved into that weekend. She has a beautiful daughter.

It was a bitterly cold morning and the teenager was wearing a borrowed coat that was too small. She came to talk to us but, we had to use a phone translator until a friend could leave work and come to speak with her. The friend helped the teenager through the pregnancy, finding her a place to live. Now the young mom and baby are part of the family.

We want to thank Catherine Kelley for this Op-Ed.
Please direct yours to Editor@GraniteGrok.com.

The couple arrived in an old car and slowly walked into Planned Parenthood. The man came out and talked to us. He said we have three kids and my wife doesn’t think we can afford another child. He did not want his child aborted and felt he had no other choice. We encouraged him to go back inside PP and talk to his wife. He said they won’t let me back in and her phone is off. We asked him to try. He did and he came out with his wife. He was all smiles. He said thank you and waved as they drove off.

These are some of the lives saved because good people exercised their right to peaceful assembly on a public sidewalk.

HB 1625 will repeal New Hampshire’s unconstitutional “buffer zone” law, which allows abortion clinics to ban people from engaging in speech or silent prayer on sidewalks outside of abortion clinics.

In 2016, just before he was first elected Governor, Sununu pledged in a letter to repeal the buffer zone law. Please reach out to the Governor to remind him of his promise to the pro-life citizens of New Hampshire and ask that he sign HB 1625.

The Governor can be reached at 603-271-2121 or 603-271-7676.

Sen. Tom Sherman’s ‘Amendment’ to the NH Ivermectin Bill is a Big Fat Lie

Granite Grok - Sat, 2022-05-07 22:00 +0000

New Hampshire is about to become at least the second State in The Union to advance a bill into law that would allow residents access to Ivermectin without a prescription. Tennessee went there, South Dakota is working on it, and New Hampshire is close.

If there are others  (I believe there are), I missed them, and my apologies. But we’re here to revisit HB1022. I mentioned it yesterday. It passed the New Hampshire Senate, but before leaping that hurdle, it was amended. Sen Tom Sherman (Toolbag), who claims to be a doctor, insisted on adding this.

II-a. Any person who receives Ivermectin through a standing order shall sign an informed consent stating that there is no proven benefit to treating Covid-19 with Ivermectin.

I asked a prime sponsor of HB1022 for comment on the amendment. Rep. Jim Kofalt has this to say.

“I wonder if Senator Sherman might support the idea of adding a similar statement to the consent form for the various COVID-19 vaccines, acknowledging that there’s no evidence that the vaccines do anything whatsoever to prevent COVID-19.”

True dat, but what about Doc Sherman’s disclaimer? The gastroenterologist insists Ivermectin does nothing for COVID. Is it as full of you know what as his chosen “specialty”?

No Proven Benefit?

This professor doctor guy (Pierre Kory) – more of an expert than Gastro-Man – has shared a small library of evidence on both the efficacy of Ivermectin and the institutional war against it (start reading here).

Brazil: “…regular use of ivermectin as a prophylactic agent was associated with significantly reduced COVID-19 infection, hospitalization, and mortality rates.”

Dehli India (see also here)

Delhi, India COVID Delta after widespread Ivermectin use

Indonesia

Japan

The Entire African Continent with and without Ivermectin (hint, Ivermectin wins).

It is clear that ‘Doc’ Sherman gets his medical “research” from the New York or Los Angeles Times (and maybe even the DNC and the lying FDA), but when you look past the approved narrative and dig into the details, even the Together Trial proved the opposite of what it claimed.

So what?

Anyone with a genuine interest in public health would be professionally negligent for ignoring the possibility that an inexpensive, widely available, safe, off-patent, and well-tolerated affordable treatment like Ivermectin could improve outcomes.

It is a recognized wonder drug whose use worldwide has coincided with significant declines in COVID infections and deaths. It is undeniable, yet the Democrat Senator who wants to run for governor denies it, and the Republican Majority Senate goes along for the ride.

I’m happy it passed 14-10 but about that amendment.

II-a. Any person who receives Ivermectin through a standing order shall sign an informed consent stating that there is no proven benefit to treating Covid-19 with Ivermectin.

Even if only a fraction of what I’ve presented were only anecdotally correct, there is a proven benefit.

But here’s the rub. Even if the amendment isn’t miscarried from the bill (giving HB1022 one of those mRNA vaccines could do the trick), people should go with it. Get it into law. We can remove Tom’s useless lie next session when Tom isn’t in the State Senate.

Sherman is running for Governor, and despite our many disagreements with Chris Sununu, I doubt Sherman can beat him in any year – certainly not this mid-term.

And he won’t be missed, but he will be back (just like COVID for the double-jabbed and boostered).

Why is Sun-King Sununu’s Attorney-General Supporting Biden’s Ministry-of-Truth?

Granite Grok - Sat, 2022-05-07 20:00 +0000

The attorneys-general of twenty States have demanded that Biden’s Ministry-0f-Truth be disbanded:

Twenty attorneys general are demanding that Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas “immediately disband” the agency’s newly created Disinformation Governance Board and “cease all efforts to police Americans’ protected speech.”

In a letter dated May 5, they argue the board is unconstitutional, illegal and un-American. If Mayorkas doesn’t shut it down, the AGs say they will sue.

Missing from the list is Sun-King Sununu’s A-G:

Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares led the coalition of attorneys general from Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and West Virginia.

It should come as no surprise that the Sun-King is tacitly supporting Biden’s Ministry of Truth. He oversaw … some have said orchestrated … the arrest of attendees at an Executive Council meeting for having the temerity to disagree with his regime.
